I need a code to re program my tv remote I used to have satellite but I don't anymore all I have Is a antenna I did have program and then a family member was messing with it and messed it all up and now I don't remember that code to re program to get it to work for the volume button and stuff again If anyone can either give me a code or help me find a code that will work I would greatly appreciate it

I purchased hitachi three door refrigerator in 2017.It's a excellent fridge.After four years one day freezer cooling was not effective.ice started to collect in freezer.After asking for service request ,they responded fast.But after checking they said mother board is not working and we need to replace it.they charged me in total 22900 rs.Mother board cost14800 rs,normal ordinary stabiliser cost was 4400 rs.it's actual cost is 2200 rs only .This is basically cheating the consumers.I will never r recommend hitachi brand fridge to any of my friends or relatives.they say in built stabiliser.but it's of no use..

I need a Hitachi customer service rep in St Petersburg, FL area.

Our 10 year old plasma tv was connected to Verizon cable facility in 2012 which ran perfectly by turning on the Hitachi and then using the Verizon for channel changes, volume, etc. Now Frontier is our cable facility and when asking them to solve the problem, they say it is the TV. Plasma Television
So, if you would kindly refer us to a local representative, we would certainly appreciate it.

Hello my name is shane kelly i tried contacting someone to speak with on the phone to try to resolve a problem with my tv today.I was met with rudeness and no knowledge of what i was trying to explain to the operator.Her name is Realo the only person that works in customer service aplenty.when i asked to speak with someone else she defused to transfer me I'm a loyal Hitachi product user but never again. I know that one tv sale lost is nothing to a large company like yours.But for someone like myself a tv is expensive.All i was doing if figuring what steps i need to take to get my tv fixed cause my extended warranty told it is a manufacture default recall posted after the one year manufacturers was up.So i was told to contract Hitachi. I waited patiently for 3 weeks but I really can't live without a fridge for 3 weeks, so I decided to write this.

I bought a Hitachi refrigerator (R-V490P3M, 451L) for only 7 months and then the fridge stopped working on 7/7/16. I called the sales person and he promised to lodge a complaint for me so that they would send a technician to check on the problem since it is still under warranty. On 12/2/16, a technician came to replace some parts but found that the main problem was the compressor. Thus, he told me that another person who is in charge of the compressor will come to repair it.

Patiently waited for a week, there was still no call. Thus I gave the sales person a call. He promised he will look into it but he told me that if it's the problem with the compressor, the company will change only once though it is stated that it's a 10-year warranty. I was utterly appalled and speechless. I thought Hitachi equals good quality. How could they guarantee that the compressor that they are going to change would last for 10 years???

I am really not satisfied with the product and the service they are rendering. I really hope your company will write to me since you asked for the email address. Thank you.

The customer service agent for my Hitachi TV would not even discuss my problem--which is not a common one, nor discussed on the website. If your product is over a year old, Hitachi will no longer even talk to you.

I would never buy a Hitachi product again. They have made a decision not to support their customers

I have bought one hitachi Ac 1.5 TON 3 star model yesterday in kolkata.

After delivery at the time of installation I have seen the backside wire net of Hitachi out dooor unit

is broken at some place.So I have raised a complain in Hitachi Service centre and told to replace.

They told it will take arround 20 days to replace which does not have any gurantee and the product will be shipped from ahmedabad to kolkata.



But my mother is ill and I have to install.Hence i have to install the faulty product forcefully.

Here as a customer I feel very shocked and not satisfied with the service.

They seems only concerned about selling the product.



Don't buy Hitachi product. Please call me I will tel in details what issue I have faced

Hitachi takes a damaging amount of time responding to customer service needs. Twice I needed help with my chain saw and waited one month with prodding effort from me to get parts shipped to the authorized repair location. I am currently waiting for a chain saw fix in the winter with winter temperatures. I heat my house entirely with wood. Hitachi is blind to my needs of heat. What takes so long? How would Hitachi respond to being paid slowly. I rate the customer parts care a 1 on 10 scale. Thoroughly disgusted and freezing.in Hendersonville TN

My Hitachi fridge (2 door 300 Ltr) broke down on 9th June. Did registration of against my mobile no. . Later, copied the same and posted to Hitachi customercare.



Talked to helpline for 4 days. Received assurances - but no action. The telephone no. provided for Agra office was found in the "Does not exist" category. After repeated attempt, could get the number of Lucknow office of Hitachi who provided the mob no. of Agra office. The serviceman came after 3 days. Checked and said some spare needed which will come from Gujarat. The spare did not arrive. After repeated attempt, he procured something - but that did not work. After repeated follow up. some spare came from NOIDA. After 22 days, he pronounced that the Compressor is not working.



In the mean time, repeated request for providing a working fridge till repair of my fridge fell on a deaf ear.



Now I am contemplating of moving to Consumer courts. What I have understood is - NEVER BUY ANY HITACHI PRODUCT. I stay in an affluent township where I do have some say. I will at least ensure that none of my known people buy Hitachi appliances ever.

I had purchased a Hitachi Kaze plus 1.5 T split AC, rom Digi world Janakpuri New Delhi on 3rd May. The product did not worked properly even for 2 days , I brought this in notice of Dealer but he refused to help asking to contact Hitachi, I registered a complaint with Hitachi customer care in 15th of may 2014 but it is not attended till date. Again I registered fresh complain but the same result , no one bother to address customer complaints.

It seems Hitachi is only concerned with selling products.

Very poor after sale service , even after several reminders no one bothered to address the complaint.

Hi I recently purchased the NV90AG 3.5''
coil nailer and it works great.but I am having a problem with the copper wire hitting me in the face (the copper shoots into my face and makes me bleed over and over. Im attaching facia boards over my head, can a shield be put in place or something. I wouldn't even consider using this thing without eye protecting

I purchased an Hitachi cordless drill Model no DVD 14 ODCL2 -DV 18DCL2 in dec 12 from B &Q. Unfortunately the charger has just packed up and will not charge the batteries.
This I feel in unsatisfactory. The drill has only been used for occasional DIY. B & Q are obviously not interested due to it being over 12 months old.

I would appreciate if someone from Hitachi would contact me with advice regarding this matter.

Awful. I have never bought a worse appliance nor experienced such utterly irresponsible service to fix broken machinery which was sold to us virtually broken. After two months of use our new Hitachi washing machine quit working. We went to the dealer and the dealer complained to us that she had just fired her service staff for incompetence and that we would have to wait before she sent anyone out. It didn't make sense to us why she was hiring and firing service staff. Anyway, after one month we called her and she said sorry, she still had no one she could send to fix our washing machine.Totally ridiculous. I decided to try and go to Hitachi directly and had my wife call and talk to them, no mention of previously trying to fix the machine. They told us we would have to wait awhile as their service personel were very busy. I'll bet, given the junk we and everyone else is being sold. After one month, still no action, we called them and same excuses. A month later, I had completely forgotten about the problem and on the day I was expecting the internet repair to show up and fix the internet shut down, Hitachi arrives. I began showing them my computer and the internet problem and they sat there saying nothing and smiling. I went on for over five minutes about the internet when the guy asks me where my washing machine is. Excuse me? My washing machine? What does that have to do with anything? "We are from Hitachi." They go in have a look, and they say they have to order some new part and we will have to wait until the part arrives. Two months later, nothing. A week ago my wife called and they said, "Oh, we are too busy to go out there." They refused to give a time when they would come out. Another woman in our village has the same problem. Her new Hitachi washing machine soon broke after she bought it. She has given up. A friend of a family member reported the same problems with a Hitachi washing machine. They took ages to fix it and it promptly broke again a few weeks later. She gave up and bought an LG machine at half the price and she has had no problems. Don't buy anything that Hitachi makes, this comany's days are numbered, they clearly are taking the piss.

HI, i am praveen kalra and i bought a refrigerator model no. r-zg470end1 with a grosss volume 451 and storage volume of 395 ltrs.
after a month of purchase i saw accumulation of excessive ice in the freezer compartment. i made a complaint to the related service centre and attending personnel gave me a very vague answer that this was due to the moisture in the atmosphere due to which there is excessive accumulation of ice and i should clean the freezer and run it on a slower mode and wait and watch. Though i was not satisfied yet i thought of giving it a chance.

after a few days of cleaning the same problem was being noticed and i again made a complaint to this regard. this time the same person attended the complaint and gave a statement that when the refrigerator door is closed the freezer door tends to open and due to this a gap remains and hence the moisture from outside enters the freezer compartment leading to this problem. he also told that this is the problem with this particular model and hence while closing the refrigerator door i should make sure that i push the freezer door so that the problem doesnot occur. i was astonished on listening to this statement and asked him to sort out the problem as i was not satisfied with his suggestion of closing the door again and again. Yesterday i.e. on 16.7.2013 he visited and added some packing to the freezer door. now everytime i close the refrigerator door the freezer door opens and closes on its own. is this the kind of quality you are providing to your customers wherein to sort out a problem another problem is being created. The local service center at Ghaziabad have closed my complaint but i am not at all satisfied with this kind of arrangement made by the service personnel. I request you to look into the matter urgently and please also let me know why i should not go in the consumer forum for sorting out my problem.

i am Kewal krishan Saini and i purchased 1.5 ton Hitach Split A/C on 3/7/2012. The unit is not working satisfactorily since installation. I have lodged the complaints three times including twice this season. The complaint is not attended satisfactorily and the a/c is not working properly as there is no cooling. I there fore want the company to depute some expert mechanic to ensure that A/C starts functioning properly. OR change the unit. In case the issue is not resolved i have to look for legal remedy. i purchased the machine from m/S Anil Radio new Delhi

I stay at Noida Sec 41, we have 1.5 ton Hitachi window ac, 10 days back wen it was not cooling properly we contacted hitachi (Request no- ) and got Gas refilling(for Rs 2450/- with 3 months Warrenty )as per advised by hitachi engineer named Mr. Shahrukh, but later in night we found it was not cooling again and next morning we contacted Hitachi( 10-15 calls and a rude female who just put down the phone as she was not interested even though it was company's faulty service and they should have given us some priority)),then after making many calls we were told we will get solution in 8 hrs (Request no-) which again passed and nothing happened,next day finally after huge hue n cry we got an engineer named Mr. Adnan Khan who checked the temp. for over 40 mins and said it will cool surely, and was sure that our AC is fine even it was showing temp of 27 when AC was on set. 18, than he said he can only arrange a visit by some Senior person as he failed to satisfy us...and now we are waiting for that visit. And in this hot summer we are struggling with our AC that it might get ok on its own.



Hope somebody in Hitachi is actually reading this mail and would act fast.

I am Umesh Kumar from Hodal near Babri mod Sushant Enterprises Hodal Bharat Gas Agency i, I have purchased 1.5 ton Hitachi window ac o there is some gas leakage problem. I had complained on same date at 02/05/2013 17.30 pm at night my complaint Registered Bharat Electronic Hodal but till now problem is not resolved by them after 4 days . Many times for resolutions but the staff of Hitachi is worst in world in service even they have no manner to talk consumers. I had faced 4 days of heated Hodal temperature 36-40 degree and very frustrated and harnessed by the Hitachi. Now I decided to go to consumer court. The services executives not even bother to serve.
I firmly recommended to all of u please for God sake never buy Hitachi products. This is the worst company i have ever used products.
I need to talk and want answer and what were my faults in this matter except I choose Hitachi. Is there anyone who can escalate this complaint to MD, CEO of the company?
Or the whole organization has no values in serve to consumers.

Hitachi Split Unit Air Conditioner Installation

Unsatisfactory performance since installation



I write this to inform that ever since installation on 16/4/2012 this unit has never worked satisfactorily and went out of service on several occassions.As suggested the unit has also been supported with dedicated stabilizer.



Atleast on 4 /5 occassions during this 11 month period the unit remained out of order for several days.



I am a senior citizen suffering from heart ailments and other problems and in the summer ahead I must have an AC ambiance at noon in particular.In fact ever since installation the usage was never high. It was rarely since October to January. The unit was serviced on 21st March2013 and this evening ( 23rd March 2013) the unit went out of order.



Thus I have a strong reason to believe that the unit has inherent manufacturing defect resulting in such frequent break downs.



I would now therefore request you to replace the unit immediately and I believe that your internationally famed company would like to put a old man like me in difficulty after spending good amount in this AC machine.



Please send your representative immediately to my residence and take immediate action so that I do not suffer health problems. Please ensure replacement of the unit to avoid recurring failure of this existing unit urgently.
