I was having problems trying to get my wireless printer working again after I moved from one state to another. James at station #69 was soooo much help to me. He was very courteous and patient with me (I am totally ignornant with todays technology. If companies had more employees like James helping their customers it would be absolutely fantastic. Many, many thanks to James for all his good assistance helping this 76 year old lady to get her printer working correctly again.
