Not a complaint......i have a sanyo microwave that just bit the dust......it was the first onee i had, my parents bought it for me when i moved out on my own......32 years ago. since you had the good sense to buy sanyo, i thought you'd like this one!! it's model em-102m.

Advised I would have to pay $9.00 for technical assistance with my Panasonic Viera model number # TC-P42S30. I will NEVER purchase another product from them this is the first time I needed assistance with them and since the television is 3 years old and out of warranty. They want to charge for assistance I have one other Panasonic plasa television and this latest one will be my last. It was hard to get a live person and when I did no further assistance unless I paid. Thank goodness for friends but I should not have to find a friend to assist me I should be able to contact them directly and not get the run around. My next TV purchase will be from another manufacturer as I am a not a satisfied customer.

Asked a simple ques. - why does my phone say new message when there isn't one. Asked to speak with supervisor, waiting now for 13.18 mins. Employee will not give employee number. They want to charge me to answer the above question. Can't understand what person is saying.

very poor, I could not get to talk to a person and was asked if I wanted to pay $7.95 for support. I said no and hung up. Its the last time I will buy anything from Panasonic

Just called for help fixing a Digital Audit Output door on my TV. After giving my name, zip code, model#, and phone to 3 different people the person who was supposed to be helping didn't seem to understand what I was talking about, either that or didn't understand English. Realizing I knew more than he did I hung up.
