I bought a ML.2165W laser monochromatic printer. First, there were spots all over the impressions. This problem was fixed at the store: they told me the device had to be adjusted to the temperature of the location or city. There was no warning about this problem anywhere. Now, another problem: no matter how place the paper, the printer keeps warning me there is no paper on the tray.

i don't have problem with my device but i am extremely hurt with the behavior of the salesman of samsung cafe(mulund east).at first he didn't show me the device i wanted to buy then when i complained to him just after buying the device he charged me extra rs.3000-4000 extra.i want my extra money back as well as he first gave me a used cover and said it was the last piece and when i told him i will buy sometime later he gave me a new one immediately from his own shop.these people spoil tyhe brands name. i want strict action against these people who fool customers .thanking you.

Michigan: I just bought a samsung galaxy duos sl7562. Have had it 3 weeks and now I can't use my contacts to call out. It says "not registerd on network". Calling samsung tech help, just sends you in a loop. They are sposed to be open 9am - 9 pm est. Nobody is answering. I knew I shouldn't have bought a samsung!!!!!!

I have bought an NP530U3C in August 2012 and has never worked well. I took it three times to Samsung repair service, London and each time they've returned back saying they've fixed the problem. In reality, they had never fixed the real problem of replacing the CPU unit, which is what was faulty from the factory, and they just waited for warranty period to expire so that I need to pay for the repair costs. When I spoke to their customer service representative, I was just two weeks outside the 18 months warranty period and the staff was extremely unhelpful and inconsiderate. This is the last time I would ever buy a Samsung product as it is clear to me that they don't care about their clients and the quality of the service is appalling.

Today June 9 2014 changes were made to my device by down loading to Samsung Account so many changes. I prefer how it was previously whenI turn on the device there was a nice scene with ssparkles . Please make the necessary changes to have everything how it was previously. Thank You
