I bought a microwave Dec. 18/2013 and March 18/2014 it stopped working. The Service Man was here 5 times in the last month to try and fix it to no avail, he requested a new one... to add insult to injury I was told after being on the phone for 4 hours that the procedure is now I have to wait another 4 weeks for them to replace it... OMG ..I cannot tell you how frustrated I am with Samsung.. NEVER will I buy another appliance from them...they do not care about their customers and their customer relations suck...

I Can Not Get Anyone To Answer The Phone! I Have Called Every Phone Number I Have And You Keep Hanging Up On Me When I Dial The Number! You Say You Want To Give Excellent Customer Service, But You Are Not Anywhere Close To Even The Minimal Customer Service! The One Time That I Was Able To Get Hold Of Someone, They Hung Up On Me Too! I Need To Return A Charging Cover That Was Sent For The Wrong Phone, Help!!!

Well going thru exact same thing as other guy,had phone 6month with pure technical issues, then they claim liquid damage. And mine so happen to be around April 5th as well. Coincidence, ugh I think NOT. they obviously need a recall on the 3. BS pay damn near 1000 for phone an refuse to help. No point in a warranty. And customer service sucks they all say same BS an refuse to put on phone with manager. Probably going to sue company. Not fair at all.

Samsung customer service is terrible they simply refused to repair tablet saying it was physically damaged in the charger port its more like poor design apple has 100 times better customer service

Pay almost a $1000.00 for a tv and it breaks 2weeks after a year... Out of warranty. Will notbuy another one of their outrageously priced ppieces of crap
