Dear Team Member. I have had a Sony Walkman SRF-M85 for many years and now wish to purchase a new one. I can't find any in retail stores in Wellington, New Zealand. Can you help me please.

My husband has been on hold for 1 hr 41 mins. This is totally unacceptable. Where does this failing company get off allowing your customers to have to endure this much wait time. I see your MO, after you make your purchase then your obvious attitude is " let me wait, we don't care". I suspect with an attitude like that you won't be in business much longer. We took a chance on one of your AV receivers and we are regretting our choice. This is the worst service we've ever had to tolerate and endure. This company rates an F minus for customer service. Shameful, pathetic and disgusting. More service reps need to be hired immediately. A scathing, caustic review awaits you. I will tell all my friends about our experience and discourage them from purchasing your products. I hope my husband changes his mind and returns the receiver. It's so not worth having to put up with the shittiest service I've ever had. Still holding.......
I purchased my very first gaming system. Waited in line on Black Friday to get a PS4. I have used it for streaming but recently purchased my first game (as you know they aren't cheap). A week later, the PS4 would not turn on nor eject the game. I sent it in for not ejecting the game and was assured it would be returned to me. I did recieve a new system but no game. Sony refuses to return my game because the technician did not place it in his notes as he told me. This is NOT my fault that Sony hired someone whom is incapable of doing thier job accuratley. It was sent for stuck game so obviously there is a game "stuck" inside. Now I have a gaming system with no game. It is bad enough the system only lasted a few months before it burned out. Now my first experience with customer service is so negative. My $200 Sony headphones went out after 4 months and were not covered also. I was interested in a Sony Alpha camera as well as an Xperia Z Ultra phone....I think that I will pass as I can see they have poor customer service and unreliable products.

also I have a Hitachi big screen tv and would like to utilize the AV connector if possible.

I purchased a 70 inch Television that cost me 2700.00 before I could enjoy it the picture would blacken and you could only here the voice of it. I purchased it from Gallery Furniture and they exchanged it out for a new one to only have the same problem again shortly down the line. I have contacted Sony manufactory and was offered a smaller television because the replacement part is no longer available. Please do your home work before making such a purchase.
