Trying to get help with my email security. Guy did a remote connection. Instead of helping me he decided to do other things which in turn ruined my computer. He wiped everything. When I asked to talk to a supervisor, he started laughing at me and called me a fool. I asked for his name and employee number, he refused and said I have no f'n clue what I am talking about. I shut off the computer to disable the remote connection, and took it to the store where they exchanged it for me DO NOT CONTACT THEM> THEY USE INDIA AND THEY DONT DO WHAT YOU ASK. I asked him several times to close the connection but he wouldn't

There service was poor. When I originally contacted them they provided me with different means of contacting them again, causing me to spend more time on hold then getting actual help. The individual on the phone insisted that she "understood" but would turn around and didn't know what I was talking about. Numerous times I had to explain that I was not at work so sending me emails would do me no good at that time. When I spoke with a manager he seemed to be upset that he had to get on the phone. It would have been less aggravating if they would have just admitted that there customer HELP desk, does not in fact help but have you repeat yourself over and over again.They refer you to the online chats who then refer you to the telephone help desk. My questions were still not answered after spending 45 minutes explain the problem. I wish everyone the best of luck in getting any actual help from a MircoSoft Help desk.

microsoft would not help me with windows 8.1 and hung up on me twice. when I got to a supervisor she tried to charge me $99 to help with the settings for my dot matrix printer and said the brand new computer i just purchased with the latest version of windows was no longer covered under warranty and then the supervisor hung up on me. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER WINDOWS PRODUCT. I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH MY IPHONE, MACBOOK, AND PLAY STATION.

I am experiencing poor customer service. I am now on the third person from Microsoft. I have given my case number over and over. This call followed a dropped call after I explained my problem. I must say, Google, go daddy, and Phone Support have been outstanding. There are representatives from each of these companies who have been on the phone with me for over 5 hours. We need 1 small change made by Microsoft to simple forward email. I would greatly appreciate a call from your Executive in charge of Customer Support and Operations. I called them for a simple problem with my new software not responding and the expert managed to get me stuck in safe mode and deleted all my new software. He could not re install it. I was told I had to wait for a call back from some level two customer service expert. That was four days ago. Brand new computer, brand new software I should have zero issues now I have a big issue that was because of their mistake. They have provided zero solutions. I was asked to wait for a call back that is not a solution. This should not happen with a big company like Microsoft. They can't transfer calls within departments. My case, I was told was maybe assigned to someone not in the office. Really they are going to assign a customer to a person who is not even there to resolve the issue. It should have fixed within the hour, I should not still be waiting.
