Your live help is total B.S. I tried four times and got the same recording all the time. I tried hitting 0 like the page said to do. No help, just the recording.
I am having a lot of trouble with my windows live mail and I need to get it fixed. Can you, or somebody please help??????????????
I have been using Microsoft 365 for some years and all of a sudden not I can not number my pages and I can not see where my margins are, when I insert a table the margin is not line up. Only way I can see this is to click on print preview which is time wasted. I have Windows 8.
One Of The Reasons Why I Am An Apple User----microsoft Customer Support Service Is Inept And Rude. Called Your Tech Support Service To Inquire If I Can Use Microsoft Word On My Apple Desktop. Not Only Was The Person Difficult To Understand, She Was Rude And Then Hung Up On Me. Also, Have Been Working Diligently With An Apple's Customer Support Service Supervisor And She Was Not Only Respectful And Diligent To The Problem, She Was Kind. Get Your Act Together Microsoft.
Microsoft I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, NEVER in my remaining life will buy a Microsoft product. Microsoft you are a shame for the IT industry., your products are the worst in the market and your customer service SUCKS. I do wonder how Microsoft stays in business.
attempted to reactivate windows 10 after mucking around in the BIOS and adding RAM, tried to get help from Microsoft.... what a nightmare.... 2 hours later I finally get a hold of my second "customer service", (with HEAVY sarcasm), the first hung up on me, he then gives me a case number and put me on hold for 20 min while he transferred me to a tech support rep, finally a "tech support" rep gets on the line, I start to explain my issue and frustration..... and she hung up on me.... I had another company that was at the top of my worst customer service experiences, Microsoft just made them look like they were greatest experience ever.... once again Microsoft shows just how user unfriendly they are.
I had the best customer service experience from Richard. He helped me set up the academic account and went through the set up process with me. I originally called to see if I could get a discount as I'm not currently working. Richard proposed a few options and I learned that because my husband is a student, we are eligible for student discount! He is very approachable and went beyond call of duty in speeding things up so that I can access to the documents I need. He totally changed my perception about Microsoft's customer service, which I used to think non-existent. I did not have his last name but I do have my case number
Put in Windows 10 last summer...starting having problems with Windows Live Mail...can't get help from Microsoft unless you want to give some guy in the Phillipines or India your charge card number. Tried to switch to Outlook...couldn't get the files to transfer. Took to a computer shop...they charged $168 and didn't do anything but loose some of my email files.
i cannot do as you ask i have been trying for nearly two years. you must speak with me people.i am unable to perform the tasks.i have no memory i am a vet with some difficulty's.you keep telling me my pass word is invalid.in fact i am unable to do anything right for you people.why have you made this so are you fearful human beings? what is a screen name?and people i cannot read the gobble gook verication
