Hello, i purchased my sony TV 55X8000G in the month and year of Aug 2019. Then i activated extended warranty in Sep 2019. Warranty was active until last year. i didnt receive any folloup call or assistance to renewal the warranty period. Now it is out of warranty from past 1 year. However now TV display is not working. when i apprach sony service center they are stating that that is pannel issue i have to pay arounf 27k to fix the issue. I need a support from sony to get discount the service price. kinldy confirm sony products can be used only for 3 years from the date of purchase.?
