I purchase 35K Vc and a 5k VC on 2k but it error has occurred then I did it like 4 more times and it said again error has occurred never received the VC but when I checked my bank all my money went through how what do I do?

I won the Big Top challenges and an error code popped up and I can't claim my rewards. How do I fix this?? I went to pick the bag pack and 5,000 VC.

I jad lost 2 myplayers 1 was a 95 and the other was a 85 they were removed for no reason how do i get them back
