Hello, i purchased my sony TV 55X8000G in the month and year of Aug 2019. Then i activated extended warranty in Sep 2019. Warranty was active until last year. i didnt receive any folloup call or assistance to renewal the warranty period. Now it is out of warranty from past 1 year. However now TV display is not working. when i apprach sony service center they are stating that that is pannel issue i have to pay arounf 27k to fix the issue. I need a support from sony to get discount the service price. kinldy confirm sony products can be used only for 3 years from the date of purchase.?

hello I'm having a problem on my PS5, it no longer turns on which is strange because it's hot it's neither a problem coming from the TV nor the cables but beautiful is indeed the piece of the console I want send my ps5 back to sony to have it repaired

My ps5 has worked for almost 2 years this is the first problem I've had. The ps5 turns on and still works but when connecting it to the tv it says no signal. When I press input it says ps5 but when I press it says no signal.

I am having a problem reaching you I bought a $50 PlayStation card and gave the codes to my grandsons and it states that it's already being used. I signed up with PlayStation just to get the codes I'm a grandma and I don't own PlayStation my grandsons in New York have PlayStation and they can't get the codes so now I'm out of $50 dollars which I find to be outrageous. So where exactly did my $50 dollars go I'm signed up with y'all just so I could redeem the codes

I have a sony blue-ray device. A comcast person hooked up the tvs and I asked him to look at the blue-ray as it keeps saying it is not connected. He verified that the internet connection is fine. He said I may need a thumbnail or something that you insert into the front of the blue-ray machine. He said it would work then, and that you can mail it to me. I can't remember the exact name of it. Could you help me out, thank you.

I have a wonderful camera by SONY. I lost the charger. 2days and 8 phone calls, nobody can tell me how to get a new one!!! My deceased mother is on this. Supervisor said he would call back!! I am very upset. Debra Please call.

Sony is the worst company I have ever has the displeasure to deal with. They support people sound like they are talking into their arm pit. Sony needs first to hire support people that can speak English in a clear and concise manner. I purchased a XBR65X930D in June of 2016. This TV quit functioning after only 42 hours of use. The asshats at Sony support were absolutely no help whatsoever. They asked the same questions over and over and over, but they never rectified the problem. Now I stuck with a $5,500 TV that does not work. Sony is a horrible company. Do not buy their products.

Hi good morning. Would you be able to pls tell me where I can get surround speaker wires for model SS-TS80 for I misplaced them while moving house? I've checked eBay and amazon and all what was available were generic ones? Or is it ok to use them? Just don't want to risk for not being compatible.. thanks in advance and kind regards..

I'm looking for the AC cord for a Sony Bravia KDL 40V2500 that's the plug for the tv and I am also looking for the table base swivel stand with screws for that same model. Can you help me with these two items?

Insufficient , unskilled tech support . 8/8/16 tech support 3 hours revealed TV required part but so eon else must decide. No call in 48 hours . Called 9/12/16 . From 1930 on I was placed on hold , disconnected , transferred to incorrect departments . Incompetent help.

I paid top dollar for this TV . Cannot get a honest I formation.

My tv has no wi-fi capability .

Sony is the worst company that I ever had the misfortune of purchasing a product from and based on the NON SERVICE they offered I would be hard pressed to ever do so again. A brand new in the box item was defective. Instead of returning the unit I made the mistake of opting to send it to Sony for replacement. That was a month ago. After three phone calls and ZERO calls back to me I still have no answers, no product and no faith that it will ever be resolved. If I could I would just return the unit and go buy as Ipod and good riddance to the Walkman. Customer Service does not take calls, technical service has no technical skills and frustration abounds.

You have a terrible service site. I may buy a new camera rather than a Sony because I could not register online. It kept asking me for a different password. Also, when I tried to call technology with a question, it was busy. Awful service.

All I need is a 'brick & Mortar' repair establishment for an authorized Sony agent, preferably in New York City or Northern Jersey. My Sony 420W portable party speaker just shut down for no apparent reason. I an not interested in taking surveys or going on vacations at this juncture. I just want my speaker fixed, period! No one is answering the damn phone. Stanley

I've called several times to get an issue resolved. One rep told me to talk directly to a manager but the several people I've talked to won't transfer me to a manager. They kept me on hold and then told me to call back in an hour. Horrible customer service. Impossible to talk with and very disrespectful.

It would be nice if the batteries included with your cameras actually worked. I received my sony cyber shot dsc-h300 yesterday and the batteries are DEAD.
