Received Gear watch for Christmas 2018.
Watch wasn't working as of May 2019.
Contacted Samsung. They told me that I needed a serial number for the watch.They told me that the serial number would have been on a piece of paper on the backside of the watch!

Needless to say after wearing the watch for six months, There was no longer any piece of paper on the backside of the watch.
Samsung did not stand behind the watch because I could not find the piece of paper that had the serial number.

I did have an invoice from Amazon showing that the watch was purchased on December 2018. Unfortunately, for some reason that invoice did not have the serial number.

They will not honor the warranty!

UNBELIEVABLE!
