I have the Z Fold2 5G and it's acting crazy. They can't figure out the issue so I'm supposed to send my phone in and be WITHOUT any form of communication for 3-5 days while they try to figure out why my phone is blacking out. What kind of repair system is that? So the customer doesn't get a replacement device while they play with your phone, you're just stuck. I used to love Samsung but this is about to make me get an IPhone! Just HORRIBLE SERVICE and really stupid to expect a consumer to be without their lifeline for a damn week! I'm definitely spreading the word about this! All these negative reviews,I should've read these first because I just don't understand how you expect a person to give up their PHONE FOR 3-5 DAYS!!!!! REALLY??? NO REPLACEMENT PHONE???
