I have been on hold to confirm my refund for a dryer for over two hours and am still waiting. I have spent in excess of 8 hours now on the phone (most of it on hold or speaking with someone who has no idea how to help me.) I have been asked to send documents, which I attempted to do via text as they suggested but which did not allow me to submit. I was finally able to get a live person to send docs via email, which I downloaded, signed, scanned, and attached to an email address the agent gave me. I asked them to confirm the documents had arrived but received no reply. Hence I have spent 2+ hours on hold waiting for a live person to confirm that the docs have been received so that I can receive my refund!
