My Dacor fridge is under warranty.... I can't get someone to fix it!... I tried online... calling... chatting....nothing works

I have the Z Fold2 5G and it's acting crazy. They can't figure out the issue so I'm supposed to send my phone in and be WITHOUT any form of communication for 3-5 days while they try to figure out why my phone is blacking out. What kind of repair system is that? So the customer doesn't get a replacement device while they play with your phone, you're just stuck. I used to love Samsung but this is about to make me get an IPhone! Just HORRIBLE SERVICE and really stupid to expect a consumer to be without their lifeline for a damn week! I'm definitely spreading the word about this! All these negative reviews,I should've read these first because I just don't understand how you expect a person to give up their PHONE FOR 3-5 DAYS!!!!! REALLY??? NO REPLACEMENT PHONE???

I have been on hold to confirm my refund for a dryer for over two hours and am still waiting. I have spent in excess of 8 hours now on the phone (most of it on hold or speaking with someone who has no idea how to help me.) I have been asked to send documents, which I attempted to do via text as they suggested but which did not allow me to submit. I was finally able to get a live person to send docs via email, which I downloaded, signed, scanned, and attached to an email address the agent gave me. I asked them to confirm the documents had arrived but received no reply. Hence I have spent 2+ hours on hold waiting for a live person to confirm that the docs have been received so that I can receive my refund!

SAMSUNG DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE WARRWNTY for compressors, motors, for 5/10 years as the information state--THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANY PRODCUTS From This COMPANY- Refrigerator is less than 2 years old. STop cooling. Reported to Samsung 1-800-726-7864 Had Ubreak I fix it company person to do a diagnostic, this company was called by Samsung. Scheduled to appts to repair product to be a "NO SHOW NO CALL" 3 weeks later. Called SAMSUNG Repair folks tell Samsung they do not work on their compressors. THEY asked me to find a repairman they would reimburse. what a joke.After Each repairman from that area discussed they do not work on compressors or specialize with Samsung. Samsung Stated nothing else they can do! Unless I spend my time looking for repairman to repair their product. Joke right. DO NOT think about THIS PRODUCT DO NOT CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT HELP RUN AROUND

Received Gear watch for Christmas 2018.
Watch wasn't working as of May 2019.
Contacted Samsung. They told me that I needed a serial number for the watch.They told me that the serial number would have been on a piece of paper on the backside of the watch!

Needless to say after wearing the watch for six months, There was no longer any piece of paper on the backside of the watch.
Samsung did not stand behind the watch because I could not find the piece of paper that had the serial number.

I did have an invoice from Amazon showing that the watch was purchased on December 2018. Unfortunately, for some reason that invoice did not have the serial number.

They will not honor the warranty!

The newest note 8 update really sucks. I used the split screen all the time and now I cant look at or use two apps at a time.
I know tons of people who use it as well.

Just like you removing the text tones a couple years ago. Why remove features we like and use???

I also think the icons look like a kid made them.

all four products are junk. no one will work on them. they look 20 years old and only 3 years old..they have been repaired over and over. shame on Nebraska furniture mart for aelling this substandard product.

Hello Samsung SUCKS my $1,300 TV is 9 months old and hasnt worked for a month. They sent a moron to repair my TV and he got fingerprints all over my screen then left without fixing anything. I called customer service LOL they are a bunch of robots that i have spent 5hrs and 37mins on the phone with and they say my parts might be here in 2 weeks. I bought my TV to watch television on not for a huge flat black picture in my living room. I have missed 3 half days of work and $165 a month for cable, so now im $976 out of pocket and they say too bad we understand your frustration lol.

I had a Samsung Galaxy S6 phone. I removed the sim card to insert the sim card into my new Samsung Galaxy S8. After I did this, it locked me out of the phone completely. I called tech support at Samsung and followed all of their directions to the tee. They instructed me to provide proof of purchase of my phone, which I did. They sent me a shipping label and told me to send it to Mac Allen Texas to their service center and they would unlock it and return it to me at no charge. It has been over two months now and I have still not received my phone. Every time I call I have to explain it all over and over again and then I am told it has been unlocked but hasn't gone through quality control. It has been over two months! Their customer service people are rude, unprofessional and talk over you when you try to talk to them, I own a Samsung laptop, a Samsung Tablet, a Samsung Refrigerator, a Samsung TV and I have even been an employee of Samsung Tech-win in the past. I will never buy another Samsung product again. I will be buy Apple phones and anything but Samsung now. Apparently this company could care less about the customer.

My microwave oven had an error message of 5E. I called Samsung service and they said that I had one warranty call to use. A service call was set up. My granddaughter unplugged the oven and replugged it, pushed a few buttons and the problem was solved. I cancelled the service call because I thought it was fixed. Now it has the same error message and cannot be solved by doing the procedure above. Samsung says that I used up my warranty call even though it was cancelled and now I have to pay to get it fixed. Most probably I will buy another brand if the repair cost is too high. Samsung, I have lost faith in you!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!
I had a simple issue that each representative that I have spoken to has exacerbated it to the point now where they have deleted things that they cannot put back on my phone and they refused to connect me to someone higher up the chain has some knowledge to fix the issue... I will tell everyone I see how terrible terrible Samsung products are and their customer service I have been a loyal Samsung customer owned every product they have from the G3 the tablet and now S7 and will never own another Samsung product...

Worst customer service experience ever compared to any other company! It shocks me how they treat their customers so poorly. Im part of the top load washing machine recall and my experience to receive a refund began 8 months ago and still NOTHING! I get the same response each time i contact customer service "We understand your frustration & we apologize..blah blah blah"...they never called me back to take ownership of their mistake (sending my refund to a wrong address) and offer a SOLUTION to keep my business. No, they didnt care. They treated me like i needed them and not like they wouldnt have their jobs because of customers like us. I AM NEVER BUYING ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT, NOR MY FRIENDS, NEIGHBORS & Followers.Ã?â??Ã?

Do not purchase Samsung products. Purchased a new dishwasher Nov 2017 delivered Jan 2018, and it was defective. Samsung did not have and technical support to come out and check to repair or replace it. I am having a hard time getting my refund from Samsung. Talked to several people and just keep getting the run around. Samsung does not stand behind there products. Customer service sucks.

Unfortunately, I should have read all of the customer comments before placing an order with Samsung for a battery for a Galaxy Note 4. I placed the order the battery in November 2017. Instead of receiving a battery for the Note 4 I received a protective case for a Galaxy S8, which was shipped from Samsung's Plainfield, Indiana facility. After returning the protective case, (the process of returning the incorrect item itself was more of an ordeal than it should have been) I am still waiting for the refund to be posted to my credit card account nearly three months after placing the original order. The amount involved is not that significant, but the delay is inexcusable and raises the question of whether delay is intentional or merely the result of incompetence. I believe it is the former. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission will be notified of what appears to be a deceptive trade practice if the refund is not posted to my account by noon EST on Wednesday, February 7, 2018

We have been calling customer service and had a technician come out to the house on a newly purchased stove from JC Penney on the 24th of December Samsung stated the damage on the stove top is cosmetic the stove isn't 45 days old and they want me too pay to have it fixed.

They don't back their products!
Every person in customer service tells you a different lie!
They wont let you talk to a supervisor!
I was forced into a prorated refund amount that is not enough to replace the broken washing machine that was recalled, under warranty that they could not fix!
They will not replace products that have had a recall!

My ex husband purchased my daughter a samsung tv and my son was watching tv one night and there was smoke billowing out of the back of it ..it is fairly new and he immediately unplugged it what should i do i still have the tv..

7 months, 2 different AUTHORIZED tech companies, 4 parts replaced, a tech company that didn't know how to submit a code to grant the accommodation.
Finally it is granted a price for refund agreed on and sits in review with the "we will contact you".
Awful, awful, beyond words how Samsung treats their customers. If I had the money I would rip out the remaining one appliance. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING SAMSUNG!! They are great at apologizing but do absolutely nothing to accomplish anything.

Samsung has been the worst company I've ever had to deal with. It has been over month, speaking to supervisors and getting escalated on numerous occasions and still nothing. A promo code was promised to me in 14 days and it has been over 5 weeks, all they tell me is that I have to wait. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO RETURN ANYTHING THROUGH THEM, if you do purchase something and it is messing up, you might as well keep it because doing an exchange is a total headache. Never again, I am done with you guys after this.

This company sucks . It has taken me a month to get in touch to return a galaxy 8. Still no response or resolution. Every call results without a resolution and more bull crap. If you buy one of there products you're crazy..
