Saturday 11h July, San Francisco check in staff for 11.59pm flight to Chicago/Toronto
Initially our names not regisered to fly - found
Staff arranged Electronic Travel Authorisation for me on there own phones - my phone dead via Canada gov department
All in time to catch flight!!!!
Thank you profoundly 1 man and 2 wonderful ladies who, as, I guess, immigrants themselves could undersand Scots and Chinese English

Worst Airline I Have Ever Dealt With. Customer Service Is Awful.i Will Never Use Them Again. Been Trying For 3 Days To Speak With A Live Person In Any Capacity And Im Always Waiting On The Phone Waiting And Waiting And Waiting, And This Includes Just Trying To Reach Reservations. They Ask You To Wait And They Will Call You Back , ....never Happens ...i Hope They Go Out Of Business.!!!!!! Real Soon...thats What They Deserve.

I was charged double for my seats. my husband payed for an upgrade and when I went to check in on line I noticed we had different seat along with different aisle. so I payed for an upgrade not knowing he had payed. it was a difficult time and we where trying to get out of town to see my mother in law that was barely holding on before she past away. I tried calling and explaining but there was no compaction. I did receive a call from someone but it seems as to what they had said on the phone is not what they email me back. so frustrated with american airlines.

Hello, I keep calling you and it get cuts off everytime. I need help with a trip i bought few weeks ago. I can't contact the agent who helpped me to get the tickets. He is not answering the phone or emails or SMS ETC... I NEED THE INFORMATION for the trip, itinerary, documentation etc.... I need to know if really was bought or not. The trip was paid mine ticket and my husbands charles D younger leaving on Sep. 21st. until oct. 4th. and I am leaving from Sept. 4th till oct. 4th. Please i need confirmation number or locator or information about the trip, since the agent didn't send me anything. I don't know absolutly anything.. no time no fligh # etc...I will appreciate if i get this information in a email because I tried 5 times to get it and got cut everytime. Thank you so much. We are extremely upset with the lack of respect and responsiveness with American Airlines. we are still waiting for resolution of a claim for lost luggage now going on 6 months. This has been the worse experiences we have ever had with any company.

I had a credit from a cancelled flight back on December 22, 2015 for both myself and my son, Jordan T. Ashton. I called AA to reschedule a flight for March 18-21, 2015. They told me I had a credit of $25 from the difference in both fares for both my son and my ticket, so it only cost $175 to change and add the new flights. They did this fine for Jordan T ashton's flight , but not for mine Although the women booked us both on the same flight and assigned seats, she did NOT use both of our tickets credits as she should have, but instead charged me one $175 fee, and then $537.20 for my ticket, which was the cost of the new flight in total!! I immediately called back and spent over 2 hours on the telephone speaking with one supervisor ,t hen another who finally said he 'refunded' the $537.20 to my credit card. I asked him to send me a copy of the refund, as it was still showing up as being taken out of my debit card account from my bank...I overdrafter 6 items last night, at $35.00 a piece charged by the bank due to the fact that I had only authorized $175 x 2 to be taken out of my account, and she charged me $175, and $537.20...So over $200 in fees that were due to your company's employee error!! I have no confirmation anywhere that this money was refunded to me, the supervisor refused to do a three way call with my bank to have the hold removed, and it is still on there ! I don't know if it was taken off or not! I have literally paid for 3 tickets instead of 2 at this point. I called today, and the supervisor said he cant see where the $537.20 was charged, but instead $5 ???!! So where is my money? I can show you where is has been taken out of my checking account, and where I have overdrafted, but no one from AA will verify this..I keep getting passed around.

THIS IS FRAUD ! I did not authorize this charge, you overdrafted my account, and I don't have money to feed my kids right now because it is in the (-)....AG office here I come...

I have been trying to reach a person in the refund department.. I have mailed letters, faxed letters,and sent emails. I did not receive a refund. website says a refunded was refunded... that is it... when, where was the refund sent, how was the refund sent.... as of December 2015, I have not received a refund. The reservation was canceled in March 2015... I just want to speak to someone and get my refund or issue me a ticket for the amount of the refund... PLEASE HELP!!!!

Our son is in the United States AirForce and has flown on American Airlines for a few of his leaves, however, each time there were delays due to mechanical or some other reason which was totally disrupting to him as he needed to be back on his base on a certain day! They were not AT ALL HELPFUL, having to spend a nite in Dallas Airport with no compensation at all and now another delay due to mechanical problems. Our service men and women are helping our entire country and this is totally unacceptable. I will make sure everyone I know understands and chooses another airline in the future. Pretty awful to treat a service member in this respect when he is serving our country and rishing his life for all of us!

Flight AA 1566 waits in plane over 2 hr (after arriving early) rather than deplane passengers in terminal causing even more delays!!!!

Flew to South Dakota the airlines broke are plane we lost a days vacation and had to rent a car and drive 5 hundred miles to get there they have done nothing for us would not u them again

I have severe pet allergies and just flew from lax to Atlanta for week of thanksgiving and back. Pets on the plane with me cause me breathing difficulties and require an emergency room visit when plane lands. What do you require that I need to get to buy a fflight WITHOUT an animal. If people are so mentally unstable without their pets they should not be flying anyway. These unstable people are the old smokers that everyone complained about air quality and now no smoking in public. I am forming an organization to stop animals on public transportation.

were good to board; in cargo
3.check second time told the same
4. arrived at Memphis airport
told this cannot be done
5.advice given to us by American airlines in Memphis was to go to Walmart and purchase
underseat catvcarrier
. Very very upset that this was our treatment by American airlines

I have been a customer of Amerivan Airlines for yrs.i have reservations for 2 for Oct 17 _ 22 to St.Marteen .i recently had a deep tissue Cornea transplant Surgery .just found out today that Dr.Has to do more surgery and it hits in my trip time.i called to change not cancel the reservations and they wanted $400 for change.This is ridiculous since this is a medical emergency. I will no longer fly with american if this is how they treat their clients

NEVER fly American Airlines. As a citizen I am ashamed at the incompetence and gross negligence of their customer service and responsibility. Lost 3 bags and given the run around with conflicting stories from different representatives. Do they use pieces of paper to scribble things on and snail mail ? Or is this 2015 ?

No avenue left besides getting lawyers involved for a class action law suit similar to in 2010/2011. Let us get together and legally take this air line off the shelf.

Good Afternoon:

Today is August 14. it is 2:11pm and I am reaching out while siting to board my flight to advise your company that I am never flying on your airline again. your ORD staff are rude- not professionally assertive (as they should be). They are not only rude, they do not listen nor do they truly try to help your customers. They are nasty individuals and are very unkind. They have challenges clearly communicating with people before they literally throw their hands up, walk away, or completely ignore people. Remember- I paid for this ticket and have expectations . You should invest in comprehensive customer service training and delivery and you should hire older staff members. Every person I ran into in Terminal 3 was rude they were not helpful and they acted as though your customers challenges were not their challenges- even though their lack of attention cost me time. I own my own business and am a college professor and will never fly on your airline into Chicago again. The service here is terrible, your staff acted terribly and I hope you do something to remedy this issue.

American Airlines should be ashamed of themselves by them ignoring customers' complaints via the email address that they provided on their website. They provide poor service to the passengers during their flights and they refuse to own up to this! They also provide a phone number to call for complaints, however, one ALWAYS receives a recording. We will NEVER fly with their airline again!

It's a shame I have to waste a stamp, paper and an envelope to contact Customer Relations concerning a problem with baggage handlers not knowing what card holder benefits are.

I will kepp trying to find their number or call corporate office.

I would like to recognize agent Kacey Zwier for her outstanding customer service. We were cancelled on the first of 3 flights to Bari Italy with my husband and two children and she went out of her way to help us to reschedule. Other agents took short cuts and told us nothing could be fine but she made it happen for us and another young girl traveling alone.
The young girl didn't have anyway of getting in touch with her driver to pick her up and was worried!!
Thank you Kacey. Hopefully she gets some recognition.

Unfortunately, I will be speaking with your corporate office .... Regarding how poorly this matter was addressed ..... There was no reason for the matter provided with locators .... And it was not even explained how the matter occurred ......
