Hello, I keep calling you and it get cuts off everytime. I need help with a trip i bought few weeks ago. I can't contact the agent who helpped me to get the tickets. He is not answering the phone or emails or SMS ETC... I NEED THE INFORMATION for the trip, itinerary, documentation etc.... I need to know if really was bought or not. The trip was paid mine ticket and my husbands charles D younger leaving on Sep. 21st. until oct. 4th. and I am leaving from Sept. 4th till oct. 4th. Please i need confirmation number or locator or information about the trip, since the agent didn't send me anything. I don't know absolutly anything.. no time no fligh # etc...I will appreciate if i get this information in a email because I tried 5 times to get it and got cut everytime. Thank you so much.
