I am a Funeral Director trying to help a family resolve a grieving family try to resolve a Severe Overcharge on a Transfer of Human Remains from Seattle to Chuuk, Micronesia.
I filled out a dispute form with cargoaccting (United) over a month ago I only get computer generated responses. I have trided over 30 emails. I have left messages on customer service numbers. I have called United Cargo and spoken to managers and they said they would forward my message. NO one has ever responded by phone or email. RE: Air Bill 016 5198 7725 Resque Elimo.
