Good Afternoon:

Today is August 14. it is 2:11pm and I am reaching out while siting to board my flight to advise your company that I am never flying on your airline again. your ORD staff are rude- not professionally assertive (as they should be). They are not only rude, they do not listen nor do they truly try to help your customers. They are nasty individuals and are very unkind. They have challenges clearly communicating with people before they literally throw their hands up, walk away, or completely ignore people. Remember- I paid for this ticket and have expectations . You should invest in comprehensive customer service training and delivery and you should hire older staff members. Every person I ran into in Terminal 3 was rude they were not helpful and they acted as though your customers challenges were not their challenges- even though their lack of attention cost me time. I own my own business and am a college professor and will never fly on your airline into Chicago again. The service here is terrible, your staff acted terribly and I hope you do something to remedy this issue.
