I own a 2011 Suzuki Kizashi I can not believe Suzuki no longer provides body parts for a vehicle that is only eleven years old. I have not been able to get one plausible answer from Suzuki dealers. I was struck in front end and am in need of a front bumper cover. Why?????

I want to record my extreme disappointment with Suzuki and to offer you the chance to respond before I take the matter further.
I purchased a Suzuki bike rack for my Suzuki vehicle. It was very noisy, which I was surprised by, but I tolerated that. I had other problems with the rack and was well supported by my local dealership - Brentwood in Kirkcaldy in Fife, UK. Finally the rack broke. The metal sheared while I was driving with my bike on the rack. The consequences could have been disastrous had I not been wary of the rack in any case. As soon as I saw the bike listing, I was able to stop. Had I been on a main road with traffic, I could have had my car damage and may well have lost the bike, which had an original purchase price of £1500. There was no question of fault on my part.
This incident took place in June. You agreed to replace the rack. I am still waiting for that to happen. I have received no apology, no explanation and not even any acknowledgement from Suzuki. I find this appalling. I have been seriously inconvenienced apart from the potential consequences of the original incident. It seems to represent a total failure of customer service.
I look forward to hearing from you

This is not a valid fone number on your site.nor does anyone answer the other no. I have a recall car that has finally got recalls done after several months of my car at a dealership. now they trying to get more money by stating major things wrong that i know is not. I am older on disability, and feel jerked around by Suzuki and Puggmeyer dealership in Marietta GA. I had diagnostic run on my car before it went there. the codes that came up are not matching to what their mechanic says is wrong. I had to call Suzuki several times to call Puggmeyer just to get them to do recall work. I am getting tired of this runnaround. this is a multi million dollar company jerking around old and disabled in America.. I want my car fixed to working order like it was b4 the malfunctioning parts melted my wiring and overheated my car causing damage YOU want ME to Pay for. get out of your corporate chairs and help the people that made you your millions. Vin # for car Puggmeyer trying to screw me on

Dear Sirs, I live in Brazil (state of Sao Paulo).
We have a huge problem in the gear box of the SCROSS 2wd glx auto, as the information below:
-first breakdown (March / 2017): going from Caraguatatuba to Sao Jose dos Campos (traffic jam) gear box blocked and the car did not move anymore. After some time it worked again. Suzuki solution (already done): changed the oil and the software command.
-second breakdown (January 2018): Dutra road km 215 (traffic jam). gear box blocked the car could only go at 10km/h. We had to wait 5 hours to be towed and transferred to our city. Suzuki solution (changed again the oil and update the sw). I believe this solution will not solve the main issue. The tests shall be performed under conditions of traffic jam and hot weather.
Gentlemen, we lose our trust in the car. Any traffic jam the car stops and/or goes at 10km/h. We do not admit having a car of this category with such problem.
Today (Jan 23/2018) the car dealer told me that they are changing again the oil and I have to pay it.
It must be a joke. It is not serious.
Could you please help me before I take some measures to disqualify the car and customer service in the global internet as well as take judicial actions?
I'm waiting for an answer.
Regards,
Solange Megda

I have a 1993 Suzuki Swift two-door with hatchback. It is about 400 miles shy of reaching 200,000 miles. With proper maintenance and TLC, I am proud to say that the car is still running like a champ. Over the years, it has been a real pleasure to pass by all those broken down cars on the side of the road, especially the likes of bmw's, cadillacs and the like.

To whom it may concern I bought a 2007 Suzuki GSXR 750 like brand new and it's one of the worst sport bike's I've ever bought I have had nothing but trouble with it with the charging system and i have owned Honda's, Yamaha's, Kawasaki's. I think you should put a recall on the bike or have it sent to a local shop and have it look at because it puts me into a dangerous situation with it going completely dead on the road right in the middle of the freeway traffic and i have almost been hit by vehicles. what i can't figure out is it only happen at normal operating temperature. Please get back to me on this issue about the 2007 Suzuki GSXR 750 please. thank you Eric Ours you can

I bough a Suzuki Vitara 2016 at Suzuki Tijuana, Mex
I have some problem since the beginning, they billed in advance while the car was in transit to Tijuana and ask to the financial company to make contract in advance too including insurance from 1 week in advance to the final purchase. They were rushing me sign and pay before the car arrive to the Tijuana Dealer.
When I got finally the car, it was with the front glass broken.
It happen in March 2nd~3rd
Until now I'm awaiting to get a Replace for a New Glass and now I have not contact with them, they don't answer my message and the phone and I still using the car with a broken glass, I did not buy an used car and it is taking too long to get a replacement part.
There is no a Customer Service Line or Hotline to get claims as Suzuki Global in order to speed up the service requested. They rushed me to pay while car wasn't arrive and now they have almost 3 months with out replace just a general part for the car.
I need support to get immediate attention.

I told him my issue and he started acting like a a hole trying to be a smart a** asking me what I want him to do then when I tell him he says he wont do anything and oh well I have a issue then when I ask to speak to a supervisor he hung up on me. How does a sh*tty person like that get hired clearly suzuki doesn't have standards.

I went yesterday to COYNEPOWERSPORTS bike dealer in Imperial Valley, California to buy the 2016 Burgman 650 but I was told by the managers and sales person by the name of Fabian that they will not bring any Suzuki Burgman to the store and that if I want the bike I will have to pay a deposit. Unfortunately this is the only bike's dealer in Imperial Valley. Terrible experience trying to buy a Suzuki bike.

I called Suzuki for information on my ongoing Check Engine light issue. The Representative was very helpful! However, it still does not help me pass my state test.

i would like to know why the stator on the Suzuki motor cycles is not covered under recall.

my 2006 boulevard c90t only has 18000 miles on it.

other people have the same problems with less miles and the customers say its not covered under warranty. this is unacceptable.

i would like you you contact me by calling me.

my phone number

I have put out over $400 on this car and the dealership states they have fixed it, however I end up taking it back as it is not fixed. Is this pa problem that exists with the Veorna and can it be fixed or not. I cannot afford to be putting money into it and someone tells you they fixed and basically they have not. What to do, what to do

Would never ever buy any suzuki car again, the don't not only make strong, reliable cars but also have the worst costumer service support. I have some problems with my suzuki and have questions about that and they are closed got the holidays, called them on 12/30/14 and they are closed and will be back on 1/5/15!!!! Wtf the are talking about, what holidays? What holiday is on 12/30/14 or 1/2/15, there is no holidays on these days unless they make their own holidays. There are lots of other carmakers that show they care about their costumers who might have problems and need costumer support at any day given, at any time, suzuki.is only company that doesn't care about the costumers, they don't care about someone who need help with his or her suzuki car. They only care about themself and only themself, for them having fun and having good time is more important than taking care of their costumers, I chose to buy their brand of car and they give you hard time for that, that is how thankful.they are!!!! The most lousy car company ever, stay away!!!!

I purchased a 2008 Suzuki Forenza. The car had a little over 30,000 miles on it. In a matter of five months, the automatic lock feature broke, minor damage to cosmetic features, and now the transmission apparently needs to be replaced. It is from my research that this car should not only not be manufactured but banned as it does not promote the safety, convenience, or affordability of its customers. I am seeking costly damages considering I am paying a principal amount for a car with little to no market value. It is not a matter of a trade off but a rip off, which leads me to believe this company, especially for the American Consumer, is practicing illegal means of obtaining business. I sincerely hope that the matter is resolved before someone is injured with these poorly made vehicles.

I had to take my Suzuki Vivatar 2006 for recalls one for a air bag on passenger side and 2nd one was for a recall on the belts. My complaint is that I was charged for labor for them to remove/ change the indoor filter even though they had to remove the dash to replace the defective air bad button. I can see me paying for the cost of the filter but doesnt make a bit of sense to charge me labor. I would think that you guys owe me a refund of $40.00 labor plus 2 other misc charges that makes no sense. My total bill was 71.00??? Only 23.00 was the cost of the filter. Explain this to me.

hello, I am writing to let you know that I will never, never, never, never, ever again purchase a vehicle from your corporation. I have a 2007 Suzuki Forenza that continuously have given me trouble since I purchased it. I do not feel that it should be causing so much problems even though I purchased it used. I feel that your corporation did not care if purchasers of the 2007 Suzuki Forenza had any trouble because your corporation was only concern about how many vehicles could be sold to make money and to be top company in the vehicle market and not about the quality of the parts used to build the vehicle. I believe that the parts used by your corporation to place inside the 2007 Suzuki Forenza were of VERY POOR STANDARD and NO ONE CARED. THEY CARED ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY & NOT ABOUT THE PEOPLE PURCHASING YOUR PRODUCTS

Everyone at Suzuki is useless. The girl who answers their customer service puts me on hold before I can even finish explaining things and she keeps hanging up.. All I want to know is basic TSB and Recall info! (like where to get the TSB and if this vehicle qualified for recall) I also wanted to know who to call to point out issues with timing belts failing before they are supposed to and how Suzuki isn't making certain parts available (mainly because they don't exist, literally). She kept putting me on hold, so of course the conversation was disjointed, confusing, and maddening. She seemed more concerned that I was the Mechanic and not the owner or a dealership. Well, I'm sorry that the owner can't speak English (Chinese only) and I'm sorry the Dealer told me to bad so sad, so I called Suzuki Customer Service, because their job is to help right? Wrong, it's to spend most of the time sniping comments back, calling you rude, saying it's not my job, I'm not going to help you (which is totally different then saying I can't help you. If you can't you can't). After an hour of arguing, I finally managed to wrangle from her the website I needed to buy TSB's which was all I needed to know. Bull, Suzuki is full of it.

The worst car company ever. I purchased an SX4 and every year since Ive had it...Ive had the same issue..leaking AC siakibg tbe floor and swishing sounds of water on right turns. The dealership keep telling me not to park under trees...duh..I have no trees...finally after doung my own research I found this is an issue with this vehicle. Suzuki knows about this but will not fix and i cannot get passed the rude unhelpful girl at the 800 number.
