I own a 2011 Suzuki Kizashi I can not believe Suzuki no longer provides body parts for a vehicle that is only eleven years old. I have not been able to get one plausible answer from Suzuki dealers. I was struck in front end and am in need of a front bumper cover. Why?????

I want to record my extreme disappointment with Suzuki and to offer you the chance to respond before I take the matter further.
I purchased a Suzuki bike rack for my Suzuki vehicle. It was very noisy, which I was surprised by, but I tolerated that. I had other problems with the rack and was well supported by my local dealership - Brentwood in Kirkcaldy in Fife, UK. Finally the rack broke. The metal sheared while I was driving with my bike on the rack. The consequences could have been disastrous had I not been wary of the rack in any case. As soon as I saw the bike listing, I was able to stop. Had I been on a main road with traffic, I could have had my car damage and may well have lost the bike, which had an original purchase price of £1500. There was no question of fault on my part.
This incident took place in June. You agreed to replace the rack. I am still waiting for that to happen. I have received no apology, no explanation and not even any acknowledgement from Suzuki. I find this appalling. I have been seriously inconvenienced apart from the potential consequences of the original incident. It seems to represent a total failure of customer service.
I look forward to hearing from you

This is not a valid fone number on your site.nor does anyone answer the other no. I have a recall car that has finally got recalls done after several months of my car at a dealership. now they trying to get more money by stating major things wrong that i know is not. I am older on disability, and feel jerked around by Suzuki and Puggmeyer dealership in Marietta GA. I had diagnostic run on my car before it went there. the codes that came up are not matching to what their mechanic says is wrong. I had to call Suzuki several times to call Puggmeyer just to get them to do recall work. I am getting tired of this runnaround. this is a multi million dollar company jerking around old and disabled in America.. I want my car fixed to working order like it was b4 the malfunctioning parts melted my wiring and overheated my car causing damage YOU want ME to Pay for. get out of your corporate chairs and help the people that made you your millions. Vin # for car Puggmeyer trying to screw me on

Dear Sirs, I live in Brazil (state of Sao Paulo).
We have a huge problem in the gear box of the SCROSS 2wd glx auto, as the information below:
-first breakdown (March / 2017): going from Caraguatatuba to Sao Jose dos Campos (traffic jam) gear box blocked and the car did not move anymore. After some time it worked again. Suzuki solution (already done): changed the oil and the software command.
-second breakdown (January 2018): Dutra road km 215 (traffic jam). gear box blocked the car could only go at 10km/h. We had to wait 5 hours to be towed and transferred to our city. Suzuki solution (changed again the oil and update the sw). I believe this solution will not solve the main issue. The tests shall be performed under conditions of traffic jam and hot weather.
Gentlemen, we lose our trust in the car. Any traffic jam the car stops and/or goes at 10km/h. We do not admit having a car of this category with such problem.
Today (Jan 23/2018) the car dealer told me that they are changing again the oil and I have to pay it.
It must be a joke. It is not serious.
Could you please help me before I take some measures to disqualify the car and customer service in the global internet as well as take judicial actions?
I'm waiting for an answer.
Regards,
Solange Megda
