I have a brand new (9 hrs) king quad ATV. 9.2 hours and it will not start anymore? Dealer network support is slow to not caring. They treat the Suzuki product like a second class citizen and always speak lowly of them. This thing has now cost me $1000.00 per hour to own. I don't understand what happened to the legendary quality of Japanese products.

I own a 2011 C50T boulevard. I purchased it new in June 2011. I now have 46000 miles on it and have been having trouble with it since last fall. My fuel Injector light comes on when slowing down after being on the highway and when riding in town. I have had it to the place I purchased it from 3 times and have paid over 800 dollars to have it repaired and they still are not able to resolve the problem. Supposedly the service center I take it to has called Suzuki and Suzuki has no idea what the problem is either. The bike has been gone through 3 times now and put on the diagnostic 2 times with not resolve. I am now wondering if I will ever purchase a Suzuki again. I now have a motorcycle that the company does not know how to repair, and it has cost me over $800.00. Sounds like I am pretty much hosed! I have owned other Suzukis and am very disappointed with this one! Guess I will need to buy a new bike....................But it will not be another Suzuki.

I submitted a Question about replacing a Suzuki Swift engine K12B (model NZC72 with 4AT transmition - too weak engine) to engine K14B

I got no answer

The company sucks, horrible customer service, don't have any manners, rude as hell and that is why they love dealerships like L and D Suzuki in dover delaware because they have adopted their rude inconsiderate Obnoxious condescending bunch of A-holes. Never ever purchase a Suzuki if you want reliability and customer service. I have 2008 XL7 that had more problem than I can handle. No wonder they are filing for bankrupticy which is another joke because they have already stolen all the monies from people who have already bought their vehicles. Good Luck with anyone who ever have to deal with Suzuki company and their dealers - all live by, swear by inconsiderate A-hole policy near and dear.

I will never buy another Suzuki again. I bought my Sx4 used in March, drove it 3 months and the engine blew up and transmission failed. Luckily it was still just under 100K miles and was covered under the factory warranty. It took the dealer 2 months to fix it and kept giving me the run around, putting my car on the back burner and claiming they had to order new parts and that's what was taking so long. I finally got the car back, covered in scratches and new dents, and a day later all the transmission fluid leaked out! They didn't attach the transmission line properly. I brought it to the mechanic near my house, he reattached it and refilled the fluid for $50. I asked the dealer about reimbursement, they said fax the paperwork over and they'll see about reimbursing me. I called several times over the next 3 weeks and always left a message...they never got back to me. I drove the car for almost 2 months and the radiator blew up and took out the head gasket and overheated the brand new engine! When I had it towed back up to the dealership, they said it wasn't covered under their parts and service warranty, because they claim it was the radiator's failure that caused the new engine to fail...and since it was now at 104K miles, it wasn't covered under the factory warranty anymore. I've owned this car for almost 9 months, and in this time have only driven it about 4 1/2 months! I still owe $7,000 on the loan and now have a broken car in my driveway that I'm paying on. They say the repairs will be over $3,000 which I can't afford! I'm so sick of getting the run around by this company and this dealership and no one will help me. I will NEVER buy a Suzuki again, and I will make sure everyone I know or ever come in contact with hears this story.

I have a 2008 forenza. It's been nothing but problems. New transmission at 33,000 miles. New computer at 69,000 miles. Dealers have been nothing but problems, but the customer service is excellant. They got done, what I couldn't with the dealers. But I will never buy another Suzuki. Nor would I reccomend them.

i purchased a suzukiGrand vitara 6 years, it has been service as per the requierments of an authorized dealer since. i had a problem with the realease bearing (for the clutch), and i went to the suzuki garage, not only did they do it wrong but they didn't have the necessary spare parts (bare in mind it is a model, with only 23,000 miles on her.) so i was forced to keep the car in the garage for almost a month. Now for a model that is less than ten years old the spare parts should not be a problem no ,matter which country as long as there is a suzuki representative. My family believed in the quality of the suzuki brand but unfortunately due to the lack of good service and spare parts not only my family but all suzuki drivers are planing on switching to toyota.

I am really upset right now. My mother who is 74yrs old owns a suzki forenza with 27,000 miles. We took the vehicle to the dealer because the engine light was on. The dealer said the had to charge $100 to find the problem and if it was what he thought the monies paid would be applied and the cost would be about $245.00, please keep in mind that the vehicle has 27,000 miles and its a 2007 model year. He comes back with it is electrical and the price to check that would start at $400 and would be more if it took more time. I feel this is unreasonable for a 2007 Suzki Forenza with 27,000 miles, this vehicle was purchased new and has all service records. There is no way this vehicle should have electrial problems, it sounds like it is defective. I am reaching out to customer relations on behalf of my 74 year old mom. This is her second Suzki Forenza. Customer file number is 2-299115286.

I have been without a steering lock key for a little over two years. During that time, I have searched and called every possible place I could to get this key replaced, to no avail I might add ! Today I called 714*996*7040 and spoke with a customer service rep that went by the name Cecil. To make a long story short...After a series of questions and a little genuine CUSTOMER CARE leg work, I ended up with a quote of $47.00 for a new lock and key for my steering column. OUTSTANDING !!!! KUDOS TO CECIL FOR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE !!!!!! Btw....the call was dropped and he called me back !!!!! Proud and Happy SUZUKI customer/owner

Auto Plex 2000 Suzuki---Sulphur, LA.
I have never in my life experienced such terrible customer service. My car ( under warrenty) has been in the shop for over 2 months. I have picked it up 4 times over the last 2 months only for not only the original issues not to be fixed but also additional problems. My 6 year old and I have been straded on the side of the road in the dark after picking this car up and almost side swiped by a 18-wheeler. I was told to tow it back at my own expense. I have been hung up on, taken off of work, stayed in a hotel ( the dealership is 1 1/2 hrs. from my house. Gas being at 4$ a gallon it was cheaper than driving back & forth. I have dropped the car off with a full tank of gas, and picked it up empty. I will be contacting the local media, filing a lawsuit, and the BBB.

To CEO of Suzuki
I am writing to you in hope that you may help. We purchased a SX4 (beautiful vehicle) on 2/16. When we arrived home, I got in to drive and, could'nt see the hood that I use for judgement. We returned less than 2 days later to cancel the sale foe safety reason. Manager,Shawn, was very rude. We could buy the vehicle back for $50, a month more than price received in trade. WE even offered him to keep the $3000. we paid down. He said no one made you buy it.
