I Have Been With Us Cellular For Seven Or Eight Years Phones Never Been Cut Off . I'am So Mad I Made My Payment And Custom Service Sad My Payment Has'nt Been Payed For May ,i Told Them I Did Make My Payment . So I Went To The Store I Made Payment To .they Up My Account And They Had Payed Someone Else Payment My Money .all Four Of My Phones Was Cut Of Because A Mistake They Made

Was told I would receive a $300 rebate for switching, just jump through these hoops, go on line etc. I did everything that they asked me to do and now I am lost in the system. They don't have any record of my signing for the rebate. Spoke to 3 different people now, I am not stopping. They owe me $300.00

I had a us cellular phone years ago. I went to collections and paid it off. Now I am getting calls from another collection agency saying I have an outstanding balance. How many times do I have to pay this off. Thank You, Vicki ten Berge

I am totally upset. If you are one of the customers affected by the closing of the local IL offices, be VERY careful over the deceptive language that is used in the letter sent to you. They attempt to convince you sprint customers will not be charged a cancellation fee but you actually will if you make the change before they send you a final letter to tell you the sale is complete. IF you have already made the change (like many others I know have) and you have been charged a fee deceptively, I suggest you not settle for anything less than having the issue addressed on a higher level. The language in the letter itself truly speaks for itself. The company is allowing local customers to upgrade their contract, get new phones, ect. knowing the company will no longer be around locally and knowing you will be unable to use the new devices w/any other cell company. What may have been good service in the beginning, you will notice is much different now that some know they are out of a job. Those who bite the hand that feed you will truly reap what you sow...no matter what new company you go to.

If you have a choice stay away from this company which is obviously going down the tubes.

For me they refused to give me a new phone replacement for a phone I had for less than three weeks.
Their warranty is 15 days for a defective phone.
Even WalMart has a 30 day replacement policy.

Me: I live in a rural area, and I am stuck as they are the only game in town.

I have been trying for 4 freakin hours to just pay my bill. OMG no one seems to know what they are doing, I keep gettin transferred then get hung up on. This is BS, I do not have time to keep callin them. I use my cell for not only personal calls but business as well. I just wish someone from US CELLULAR would read these messages and freakin do someting about this horrible service.

Us Cellular has horrible customer service! I couldnt even get to customer service b/c the financial department kept talking rude to me about paying my bill for next month. Well Us Cellular I just paid this months bill less than two weeks ago and the next one isnt due until October and if you had just transferred me like I kindly asked you too twice you wouldve known that. It's none of the financial dept. business why I need customer service and if I say its a private matter than thats all you need to say. I will be switching providers after this due to your lack of manners. Your reps. are the rudest people I have ever met. Maybe you need to send them to phone ettiquette class.

This company has absolutely horrible customer service. I was told service would not be cancelled if payment was made in full. Three days before payment was due they shut off the phone and now refuse to turn the phone back on. This company has yelled and Hung up the phone on me several times when I pointed out the glitches in what their customer service representatives have said. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told they were on another line, I asked to hold and they said no. I asked for the manager's name and was told they didn't know it. I said then how do you know they are on the phone and was Hung up on. This company can shove it up their a$$ if they think I am going to put up with that crap!! I am switching providers and NEVER going back to them.

As of right now I am very upset with uscellular the company in the service department customer service my social security number is not matching up with my account however I do know the last 4 of my social I know I'm correct I'm going to the local store 3 * and even in my so security card and I d to try to clear this up and now I have a bill cycle ending september third 2012 and I does no way for me to know how much it's going to be or anything I'm very frustrated and service department sucks if anyone has any ideas on how I can get this cleared up please let me know my cellphone number is 707354 3108 we live in northern california but it's not quite that rule we should still be able to get decent phone service at a decent rateas well as the reason that I call in first place is because uscellular sent me a text saying I use any 5 percent of my data plan to the reason I called was to find out how much my bill would be if I extended that or went over it and like I said now I can't even figure that out so I am at my wits end with this company thanks for reading this hope you didn't put you in a bad mood for the most part I've been good with my cellphone everything's been okay but this is frustrating and I hope it never happened to you thanks for reading s. I feel that I have been ripped off by USCellular. I applied for a $100 rebate back in November and nothing. Its been 12+ Weeks and nothing.....I have started to spread the word to who ever is thinking about one of your DEALS. Last time I ll fall for your deals, probably go toAT& T next time. The positive "annonymous" posts are done by Customer Service Representatives, I have been a U.S. Cellular customer for 12 years and have had numerous problems with them over the years.

I have recently (last week) switched to Verizon and I know that rather than rebate my money that I have prepaid for U.S. Cellular service I will be dragging their attorneys to my Podunk county for a small claims suit that they will lose.

This company will gladly pay thousands of dollars in attorneys fees to fight paying me back the money that I did not owe them for a month of service that I will not use. It will be of immense pleasure to me to be the one screwing them for a change.

My advice is that if you are not a U.S Cellular customer do not become one. On the off chance that you trigger the "automated billing service call" you will find that the company is as flexible as a diamond.

I am not just a dissatisfied customer, I am a member of their $10,000 club. Over the years I have spent over $10,000 with this company. if I live another 50 years and their at some point should happen to be only 2 wireless carriers I will choose the other regardless of their terms.

My account with U.S. Cellular was in good standing when I transferred my service but I will never return to them under any circumstances.

Choose your wireless carrier carefully, not hastily. Changing carriers is an act of convenience, I would have changed many times before but it was just not convenient.

Caution; US Cellular will tell you they have coverage in your area, all the time knowing that the tower that is primary to your area is out of service. Their in store customer service is none exsistant as they lied to you in the first place and they can only continue to lie Do Not Trust any US Cellular place person or offer

when u sign up they are Kissing ur A$$ but if u cancel they will fight u tooth and nail to give u ur money back, I been fighting them for almost 3 month for $109.98...

No one has there facts straight, I was suppose to pay a monthly bill from $140, my first Bill was $240, I payed for the phones online on my Card, I canceled with in the first 30 days so full money back...LIARS!!!!

Been good customer for going on 3yrs, always paid bill on time, never a late payment.
Went in to upgrade my plan to unlimited texting and the next month I got a bill for $300, went in to see what the deal was, they made an error- they put me on some national plan instead of unlimited texting, but I still had to pay the bill I made, after getting no where I told them I could pay part today and the rest on pay day they said ok they took my money of course. Then on the 6th they cut phone off, I talked to head of US cellular and they told me there was nothing in the computer about me being ok'ed to make payments and if the employees dont enter it in the computer than that is all they have to go by,, I told them to check survalance cameras they would be able to see me pointing to the unlimited texting that I orginally wanted that made this bill in the first place, , but I was once again pretty much told I was liar, that all employees are supposed to keep computers up to date on these things and if I made a payment now they could help me, , but if I wouldn't make a payment they had nothing further to say to me,, I tried to explain to them I could show them who I talked to I could go down to the local store in Moberly, MO, , and talk to the person who said payment was ok, , but the US head cranky lady told me it was too late, , nothing they would and no one can do anything for me until I pay the bill off!! So this is how they treat their loyal customers, been good paid all my bills on time, and when their employees screw up they dont care they are just after your money, and now charging me out the butt because of the employee mistake, , do not recomend US cellular, , I have found out that I can get a pre paid with unlimited texting for a quarter of what my bill is usually at US cellular, , have seen many comments and apparently this happens a lot, , they screw you on your bill but won't fix their mistakes and expect you to pay for it, ,

I have been a customer of US Cellular for 7 years. I have had need to contact customer service many times and always received the best support from them.

Although they do not have 24/7 phone support, I am perfectly willing to make that trade-off because their call center is based here, in the United States.

They are friendly, easy to understand, and have always gone out of their way to make sure my needs are taken care of.

I usually do not add comments because negative comments can be from competitors just like positive comments can be from the company. However, I just felt like they do deserve a mention because they have always taken care of me.

Customer Service is friendly but not consistent. Every time I called with a problem I was told something different by each person. They all had different solutions and some even gave out misinformation. They need to be consistent.

Got a second bill since then. Today my wife tells me I have not done anything. Evidently she is correct. Up until I tried to cancel my account I was happy with US Cellular. They cashed my check so I know they got my letter and note. That indicates a pretty poor billing/customer service department"



maybe you should try actually calling and canceling your acct. the payment checks go to a payment center not a customer service or customer relations center. there wouldnt be anyone there to deal with your account, and actually are barred by law from opening any account. stop being lazy.
