This company has absolutely horrible customer service. I was told service would not be cancelled if payment was made in full. Three days before payment was due they shut off the phone and now refuse to turn the phone back on. This company has yelled and Hung up the phone on me several times when I pointed out the glitches in what their customer service representatives have said. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told they were on another line, I asked to hold and they said no. I asked for the manager's name and was told they didn't know it. I said then how do you know they are on the phone and was Hung up on. This company can shove it up their a$$ if they think I am going to put up with that crap!! I am switching providers and NEVER going back to them.
