The positive "annonymous" posts are done by Customer Service Representatives, I have been a U.S. Cellular customer for 12 years and have had numerous problems with them over the years.

I have recently (last week) switched to Verizon and I know that rather than rebate my money that I have prepaid for U.S. Cellular service I will be dragging their attorneys to my Podunk county for a small claims suit that they will lose.

This company will gladly pay thousands of dollars in attorneys fees to fight paying me back the money that I did not owe them for a month of service that I will not use. It will be of immense pleasure to me to be the one screwing them for a change.

My advice is that if you are not a U.S Cellular customer do not become one. On the off chance that you trigger the "automated billing service call" you will find that the company is as flexible as a diamond.

I am not just a dissatisfied customer, I am a member of their $10,000 club. Over the years I have spent over $10,000 with this company. if I live another 50 years and their at some point should happen to be only 2 wireless carriers I will choose the other regardless of their terms.

My account with U.S. Cellular was in good standing when I transferred my service but I will never return to them under any circumstances.

Choose your wireless carrier carefully, not hastily. Changing carriers is an act of convenience, I would have changed many times before but it was just not convenient.
