I personally WILL NOT give ANYONE us cellular recommendations because I am disgusted how they lie and they go about there seves to take your information and just do whatever they want ,like open contract accounts when we never agreed to do so and then want to charge you an extremely godly amount of money for service when I agreed to a 35dollar a month PREPAID ACOUNT and got a 2yr contract bill of like 200 hundred dollar bill in the mail VERY VERY DISTURBING NEVER AGREED TO DO THIS THEY STRAIGHT UP LIE

New last month to us cellular. Prepay i got a plan with only 2g of data. Went through that in 5 days. Went back to tje store to get more data. They told me i would have to wait till my month was up. That they couldnt add more. So i waited till the month was up went to up my data. Now they say i waited too long. It was out of data and phone mins. and i would have to pay the same 2g plan and wait another month before i can change it. Wow. What a asinine way to run a business

I really appreciate the bill reducer program but getting 5$ off is not worth the amount of battery drain my phone rarely went dead maybe every 2 days now I barely make it 4 hours without the battery being drained. I really do not like the battery drain.

I have had 4 SIM cards for my tablet and it still does not work customer service has been no help.

I tried all day to pay my cell bill over the phone. Could not get into the website, and now it is after hours and no one can help me. They overcharge. I was told that I now have an over $500 monthly bill because I was LATE on my last bill so had reconnect fees. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I cant wait to be out of this contract. You guys are horrible!!!!!!!!

This is the most company ever. DO NOT use them. They make it virtually impossible to pay your bill, then charge you for late payments on each line. If you are late, they cut your service without warning--AFTER their customer service hours so you,AGAIN, CANT PAY YOUR BILL. They don't send a paper bill and don't email you. You set a pin for your account and it doesn't work! DO NOt USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I was overbilled for insurance on my smartphone for two years. So I went to store #3131 & talked to Liz (manager) she was awesome & credited me for the error in full. She was so friendly & professional. I would be proud to have her as a employee & can't even explain how lucky you are to have her. I would hire her in a second, if you EVER decided to let her go. I wish everyone worked like she did! She saved both of us from one big hassle & expense. She is definitely top of my list for classy people. So please email me if you ever decide to let her go. She has a job at my company waiting for her ANYTIME. Thanks again Liz From the portage wisconsin U.S Cellular store. One great employee, I hope you really understand who you have working for you, before someone like me steals her away. Thank you, steve witthun.

Worse service ive ever had.I used the automated from my phone to pay my sons bill n the dumb bastard put it onto mine even though I keyed in his number when they asked for number.I AM BEYOND ANGRY.IF THEY DONT FIX I AND 10 people I know will pull acct n file legal grievance with the government.my number i

I hope i am not writing this complaint in vain. My cell num is . The us cell store is at 8111 w brown deer rd. Brown deer wi. I have been a us cellular customer for about 16 years. I went into the store on or about dec 16, 2014 to upgrade my phone. The girl told me that us cell had a promotion going on and that i could get a FREE and did not have to use belief points. She never told me i had to pay for it and i specifically asked that. She also put a protective cover on my new phone and did not tell me i was being charged 80.00 for it. I received a bill for over 720.00 when the girl told me my new monthly bill would be less than 186.00 a month. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and i was taken advantage of. I tried to talk to the manager at the store and he was not available. I plan on filing complaints with consumer protection in Wisconsin and the FCC. The girl mislead me and did not five me.my paper work. I went in the store again on dec to add my daughterr to my line and to upgrade my grandaughter and the man who waited on me completely messed my phone up. I was supposed to get 100.00 credit and did not get it. I am going going to file a complaint with the department of aging. I was mislead and taken advantage of.

I just got 3 calls from a foreigner from the phone within 3 minutes,shows up on caller ID as U.S. Cellular. This lady told me to turn on my computer while she waited,of course I would not do it.Sounds like a scam to me. I checked out the number and seems like it doesn't exist. Does this # belong to U.S. Cellular or not.I never had service with this company. Is this a scam, or is this the way U.S.Cellular tries to get people to use their service. Please respond promptly. I valled 5 months to report victimn of theft and stolen phones. Three weeks ago my 15 yr old son gets a wrird number called to him. I call back. Ralph from us cell went over my acct. Difmd not know why he got the call through to the minor and said everything was from my account. Next day I'm in the ambulance going to hospital and I phones are shut off 1 friends outside waiting for me to pick him up the other ones stuck at work with the car that wont start and I'm at the hospital having a cat scan and we're trying to get ahold of him and numbers on my phone that does not work. I finally was able to get ahold of US Cellular and they say I have a 1300 dollar phone bill so when I bring up all my notes before I talk to you nothing is listed in my account record. And I also asked how come the girls and ask for my tennis upskirt number and she said because we're not allowed to ask you that that's why you answer when you first sign in or call that's weird because everytime I call they always ask me for my security number or my parents are not supposed to long story the hold is no I never knew not to my account every time I called when I spoke with Rob today before you never told me I wouldn't mind but that might have been perfect ending and they cancelled my phone won't give me my phone numbers and the 3d galaxy we just bought are being sold hostage by US Cellular and I cannot sell them the pay off my bills. Maybe if your cellular got their crap together with their billing department we want to be stuck in this situation and also is there every time does with my phonealso is there a reason to be accountable for not know the accrued when customers call in things like this one be happy you would think I would have gotten some sort of correspondence call something nothing. Shame on you US Cellular no wonder why you're losing so many customers!!

Us cellular double billed me and refused to take my payment arrangement. I spent12 consecutive hours on the phone going from one rude incapable representative to the next. I now have a new phone carrier. Ridiculous!!!

I have been on hold for over2 half hours waiting to talk to them about my bill. I will no longer be with us cellular by the time i talk to them. Verizon wireless here i come.

Been having billing issues last couple of months .first time on hold for 73 minutes was told my bill would be evaluated,I think just to pasify now been on hold for 39 minutes, maybe I should be the one sending bill for my time.This is why they make u sign a contract so u can't get away from their B.S. 45 minutes now! No wonder people go postal,can't wait for contract to end!

I am being double charged for my bill. I made my payment and have proof. The agent in our local town was very rude as he is every month when I go in to pay my bill-very bad customer service! This happened when your system crashed.That was not my fault and I would just like to know what happened to my money!!!!

We are about to cancel if we cannot get a human being on the line. This is not customer service, instead it is saying my time is not important. If you have that many call, then get some more people on the phone to take the calls.

I have recently found out that U.S. Cellular is being bought out by Verizon. Since U.S. Cellular has een making their "changes" I have had slow to no service,dropped calls or my calls havent even been coming in. When I do at times attempt to make a call it just sits there. Terrible service. I finally got a bill after three months and it was only for 1/3 of what the normal bill is...We have four phones on our account..it should be more than $68.00. I better not be penalized..customer service is insisting it correct and I asked for it in writing!!

I called and spoke to Nathaniel who refused to spell his name for me or give me his employee number or transfer me to management. My issue is still unresolved, and I can't even file a complaint. I will be cancelling my fathers service with customer service like this.

This company needs to get their things together. My phone was suspended, I paid the balance due, after being told when I paid the total amount due, that I owned nothing more. I was told my service would be turned on in 3 to 5 minutes. I waited an hour, still no service. Called back, now it could take up to 4 hours. Waited the 4 hours, still no service. Called back, could take up to 24 hours! Asked to speak to a manager, could take up to 24 hours for a manager to call me back! It's been 27 hours, I have called several times, even been called a liar by one of the customer service reps, and still no service. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They tell me the tech department has to turn the phone on, they must be extremely busy if it takes over 27 hours! Will not recommend this company to anyone!!!

I've tried for two months now to pay my bill. They have not sent me one and when I try to pay by phone their system refuses to recognize the phone number THEY gave me. I'm fed up and over this BS. US cellular needs to get their straight.

I have been with uscellular from the beginning but am so frustrated with their automated phone answering system!! I have tried for four days and have not been able to pay my bill. It seems they need to use some of the money from the way-too-high cell phone charges to hire enough people to keep their customers happy!

Since US Cellular decided to upgrade their system...it has been nothing but a migraine for, we the people that keep them in business!!! Two hours on hold while trying to pay your bill and then you can't even do that...then they have the "audacity" to disconnect your phone because you haven't made a payment!!! Where does the cycle end??? It ends when I say "enough is enough" and go to Verizon!!!

Has anyone actually read their own complaint, review,or comment before posting it on this site? If you speak to the customer service representative in a manner that is as ignorant as the way you type, spell, or punctuate, I have a better understanding as to why they could not help you. If you address someone with the language skills and the attitude of a second grader, please do not be surprised when you are treated like one.
