I am very disappointed in BMW corporation.I am the owner of a 2007 BMWLi.water started coming through my sun roof because bmw used adhesive to installed the drain lines and the adhesive came loose, so the drain hoses shifted. Which causes the water to backup and drained into my car. The passenger seat got wet the headliner got damage. I called the corporate office, to see if they could help with the repairs. They told me NO, they won't be able to help. It's all there fault. I did not do anything to cause that to happen. A 2007 I have 53,000 miles on my car. I bought it in 3009 with 36,000 on it.i take very good car of it, and now I have a leaky roof, all because bmw used adhesive to installed drain pipes. The repair is going to cost $1500.00. All 750 owners beware.

David A. Johnson. I have had no communication in reference to the purchase of my viechle on August 6 2018. At 4:00 p.m. They following morning August 7th 9:00 A.M. I talked with Tammy Saylor. (. Financial service manager ). Asked her to hold onto they paper work because I had a problem with this viechle. Told her I would be there 1:00 p.m.. ( WILDER BMW OF SARASOTA FLORIDAY )

WHEN I TALKED TO THE SALESMAN I PURCHASSED CAR FROM HE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE.

The viechle would not fit in my garage. I had planned on buying a four door sedan instead . Obviously this would have cost more money.



IS THERE ANYWAY TO RESOLVE THIS SITUTATION.. IF THIS IS COUSTOMER SATISFACTION PROCEDURE , I will certainly pas that along.

This is my second bmw and in the first few weeks I am experiencing the exact same issue with my rims cracking. After looking it up, apparently this is a huge issue with the bmws fitted with low profile runflat tires. I'm trying to talk to someone because this is apparently a defect that has yet to be addressed or disclosed and I may look in to joining the Class Action Lawsuit if my car is not taken care of properly by BMW of Austin. I am looking for a BMW rep to contact me in regards to this ongoing issue that I refuse to deal with with my second BMW purchased just a couple weeks ago.

my name is roberta rigoni. i called this phone number for help on 3-26-15 at around 1:00 pm. i dont know the womans name, but i have NEVER been treated soo poorly in my life. she was rude and im sorry to say down right mean. I have always been treated extremely well from any other bmw customer servive rep. this woman, however, had me so shaken up. i dont know if you can figure out who she was but she was awful.

I purchased a salvaged titled 2010 528xi. The Ultimate Driving Machine didn't include an owners manual. I contacted customer support and was told that the only way to obtain one would be to go to a dealer and order one. It is disappointing that BMW doesn't provide the same level of Customer support as Lexus. When I last purchased a ES330 that also didn't include a owners manual, I called Lexus customer support and they took my information and sent me the owners manual as no charge.

We had a horrible experience with the service on our z-4. With this experience, I would neverbuy another BMW again. The supposed "BMW engineering" is a joke. We have paid for more repairs in the last six months than on my 14 year old Acura which had 230;000 miles versus 65,000 miles. Car was returned to us with a dead battery..When my wife was picking up the car, they tried to have her sign no litigation papers without explaining what she was signing.That's Reeves BMW in Tampa folks.

The customer service was horrible. My appointment was at 9:15 for a oil change. I was here at 9:00. I'm currently still here it is 12:26. My car is ready I watched them pull it up at 12:00. My service guy has went to lunch. I asked someone to help me cause my car was ready. Just told me to sit at my service guy desk. I'll no longer be using Bmw for my future service need. I'm still here I ask fo the manger. They give me a card. But the manger is here. This is the worst ever.

US Marine, I have a BMW X5 35i AWD 2011 i had very serious problem with my BMW X5 35i and i am going too do everything possible for the Media too make a report on this BMW 35i X5 2011 because its accident ready to happen and a innocent US American citizen is going to die in this BMW X5. My BMW X5 stalled " Engine Malfunction " which means it the engine had no power and it shut down completely and traveling south on the Major Deegan Highway on Jan.28,2015 I thought i was going to die at this point ,this BMW X5 is dangerous and threat to life because you know when its going to happen !!!! So iam going to return my BMW X5 to the USAA Bank its too Dangerous to drive on US American Roads. This BMW X5 needs to take off our roads as soon as possible before some want gets killed in the United States ,no letters warning customers of a recall either i can see a Class Action Law suite on BMW X5 35i 2011 AWD coming very soon BMW !!!!!! Very Dangerous BMW X5 35i 2011 , SUV. Attention US Congress !!!

My comment is honesty and ethics are very important in any dealership, corporation, business, BBB, healthcare, protection agency's, banks, etc. When any car dealership lies to you in any way and you get caught especially when its ur first time there the trust is broken for good. Its just like disability laws not working to me. Customers have right to believe in what we are told. Trust is everything. Advantage bmw in league city tx sure lied to me and the result would of been detrimental to the car. The check oil -low warning lite kept coming on and I was also worried with check engine lite that stays on. I was told they topped off the oil. When I pulled out of dealership, the oil warning lite was still on as was the check engine lite. I took my recently purchased used bmw somewhere else with in 2 days. There was no oil in the engine at all. I've only had car a few months and just got the title. This place acted as if they were doing me a favor till I got it back into service dept to see what all is wrong with it.. I didn't purchase car here but where I did screwed me. I would expect any BMW dealership anywhere to be honest in parts and service fand shouldnt be allothese cars must be well kept and its high maintenance and not just anyone knows about German made cars. I'm very disappointed in advantage for trust and ethics paints the whole picture. Just as the folks who sold it to me with no instructions or manual and lied to me about getting certain things fixed. Its plain wrong and and deceitful. I will now probably get it fixed elsewhere and sale it asap.. I love my x5 SUV and one of my deciding factors on purchasing this car was it seemed to me past owners took great care of car inside and out. With 1 leg I could get in okay and the sport package with trailer hitch allowed me to have an electric lift installed for my scooter with no added adjustments. Its a Lil heavy to open doors on crutches but feels very safe and holds the street damn well. Even in rain. Also this car has lots of room with back seats down and can carry a lot. I hate selling it but I figure now I have no choice. If upkeep is so large and your lied to it puts a bad taste in my mouth. Heck, I haven't even been taught what buttons are for but I have purchased a car for sale sign Already. I'm not happy with treatment and this added hardship I can't condone.. Know your vehicles way before you get attached especially paying cash. Don't believe all ur told and not told. I must restart this process on my own again and hope ethics and trustworthiness will be a higher priority. Thank you and bmw do us right.

I brought my 2008 bmw into your service department over 3 weeks ago I have an extended warranty your technicians still cannot figure out what's wrong with the car yet I have not received a phone call from them with any updates on it. This is the bmw dealership in Pembroke Pines Florida.

I have a 2007 m6 convertible. My radio area in truck is corroded . Per pirrello bmw and another car place. The holes to drain the water gets clogged per defect per bmw. Its around 1500 $2000 to repair. Who is going to pay and fix my bmw ? Its a defect on the car. From bmw. Please call me I cant afford to fix it. Its not my fault. Mark kaminski

I am writing to file a complaint against the BMW dealer in Macon, Georgia 31010. For the past three visit that my daughter has taken her car for service, she has been denied a loaner car. If you check the record, we have spent almost $3000.00 just this year on service that has been done on her BMW. Yet each time there is never a loaner for her use. I do want your company to know, her DAD and I will not allow her to purchase another BMW from this dealership.

I have purchased a 90K+ BMW X5M and it has around 40,000 miles and is a maintenance nightmare. This vehicle has been back and forth to my local BMW 4-5 times since April. The last two visits to the dealership service department my vehicle was kept two weeks and three weeks respectively. The last time it was at the service center was approximately two or three weeks ago and when I went to start the vehicle this morning it wouldn't start. I am at a total loss and feel as if BMW is simply stealing my money for this vehicle. They still demand payment but will not produce a vehicle that is reliable and capable of remaining out of the repair shop for simple day-to-day driving. I'm very upset and will never buy nor recommend that any of my family or family to ever consider any BMW model.

I just did a test drive on the 2015 7 series diesel. I am interested in buying this car, but after the test drive, the car's fuel consumption indicator gave me a measurement of 15 miles per gallon! That is unacceptable to me. The window sticker indicates much better mileage. How does this discrepancy occur? What is the average fuel consumption for this car?

I purchased a 530 series 2/29/12 from bmw of turnerville and since the 1st day off the lot was smelling gas. It turned out to be a gas tank gasket that was defective. Now my latest nightmare is a total transmission replacement, after 2 yrs of owning the vehicle . The cost $7500. There was no warranty that came with the purchase of the car. I put my trust in your business hoping I was getting a quality product, but now my head is spinning wondering how to resolve this matter. I'm cannot pay monthly for a vehicle that bmw sold me I can't drive. Hoping to come to some resolution to my problem. I believe that customer focus should be there number one goal.

Dealers based in Bras�­lia International Airport , lot 1 , Brasilia / DF , which represented herein under the contract , the company and , on the other hand Deilson JOHN GARCIA RESIN , who paid cash for WELT MOTORS LTD , the value of R $ 72,500.00 ( Seventy -two thousand five hundred dollars ) .

The BMW S 1000 RR Motorcycle presented several quality defects on several occasions as varied as possible , in accordance with the Work Orders I will mention here . As some examples , the numbers 34,484 and 38,587 , entered on 28/06/2012 , 12 days after purchase , began to have problems in the ignition switch will not turn on ) and the bike fo iretirad aem 05/07/2012 . After that , the numbers 34,643 and 34,465 entered on 09/07/2012 RECALL for 23 days after the purchase , in which the engine was abertoao through substituindoo screw Biela and various parts of the interior of the engine, sendoentregue on 01 / 11/2012 . then . Number 33607 entered 20/06/2013 BMW maintenance plan was released in 21/06/2013 . Number 42970 entered em29/10/2013 problems presented in the ignition switch ( n�£oliga ) and began introducing engine failures , being placed on the dynamometer and made several tests and released on 22.11.2013 . Numbers 43892 and 36749 entered in 20/12/2013 presented the same problems as engine failures , but now even worse , FAILED at low speeds .

Now in March 2014, the Welt Motors sent a telegram , warning that the bike was ready , after nearly four months , most did not exchange anything.

I told you , I would not keep more than one bike , for one year of use, it was more than six months in WORKSHOP .

Based on the above , it is requested the immediate change of product or refund of the motorcycle.

As the LAW CONSUMER , article 18 , paragraph 1, if failed to fix the bike in 30 days , or a zero- bike , or money back.

I have already registered a police report in the CORF , Precinct Consumer , and will await the summons from BMW on Friday, 1/31/14 after a letter to BMW Brazil was sent .

I also put in a police report PROCON on Thursday, 30/01/14 , and I 'm waiting for a response from the letter sent to BMW and BMW Brazil airport. I was forced to go to court , with two shares being one of moral hazard and other Action Break Contarto .

Received a call from BMW North America today saying "Sorry not our Problem"! We know the car was sent into the market place like this but we are going to void the manufactures warranty and you need to pay us $7000 to fix. BMW of America CEO Ludwig Willisch said the company is intensifying its "customer-driven focus" with the changes, which take effect Jan. 1.


Good Afternoon,

I recently purchased a 2011 BMW 328i from a local dealership (not a BMW dealership), the vehicle had 30,000 original miles on the car and was still under manufactures warranty. Shortly after (about 2 days) I purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on and knowing that it was still under warranty I took it to my local dealer to get it check out. The day after I dropped the vehicle off they called and said they had found the problem and it would take a few days to fix. Several days later I received a call requesting I come down so that they could show me an issue they found with the vehicle. After I arrived they walked me out to the vehicle and showed me (picture attached) what they found as they began break down the vehicle to fix the known problem. Well, comes to find out that the previous owner that was leasing the car from BWM failed to do an oil change for the entire period of the lease. As you can see from the picture this has caused A LOT of damage. The dealer informed me that they would need to get approval to fix the vehicle do to this finding. The continued to hold the vehicle for the next 2 weeks waiting on approval or denial to make the necessary repairs. As of this morning I received a call from the local dealer telling my BMW has denied to cover the repairs and now has voided the warranty. I now own a vehicle that needs major repairs that when I purchased had a full warranty on anything that may has gone wrong. Here are a few reasons I disagree with BMW’s denial to repair:

• This was a BMW lease and I would be surprised that they were not aware that the vehicle hadn’t had an oil change during the entire life of the lease. I know that BMW keeps records on every vehicle and would be aware that there is a red flag here.
• Why did they sale the vehicle to another party knowing that there were red flags with the lack of regular maintenance performed on the vehicle
• As you can see from the picture, the area just below the oil cap was cleaned in the case someone looked inside they would see the damage
• This vehicle was looked at by 2 local BMW dealerships and GIVE A CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH. Neither flagged the lack of any records regarding the scheduled maintenance. Both of these dealerships looked at the car before I purchased it.
o BMW of Fremont, CA did an inspection and Oil change on the vehicle and knew there was serious issues and still sold the car.

I am asking you to reconsider the decision that has been made as I think there were multiple areas where this could have been caught prior to the resale of the vehicle. I am a single dad and I now am sitting on a vehicle that I purchased for $25,000 and unable to cover cost of the repairs and unable to drive.

I can safely say that you should NOT purchase the tire package from BMW as they do not stand behind it and the insurance company will find a way NOT to pay.

warning. Do NOT try to deal with BMW finance. They give you phone numbers to full mailboxes. When you do get through to a person, it's always, "Sorry but you have to talk to another department", transfer, then, click.

The Credit card people are a joke. They have just cost BMW a 25 year BMW owner. Polite but no concept of dealing with people. or finance. Do NOT use BMW finance under any circumstances. You will be sorry.

My 2yr old grandson had to be rescued by firemen who smashed the windshield to get to him out when my x5 locked with him AND the key fob inside!
Two BMW dealers took the car for a week each to determine cause of malfunction. BMW said they would repair damaged caused by emergency services. It has been 5 months and they still have done nothing. The BMW rep in NJ has not answered over 20 phone messages and e-mails.
My grandson could have died in that car! Thanks to emergency services he didn't. BMW is indifferent, especially Darian Warchol there Customer Service Rep.
I own a 2012 X5 and a 2014 X5 and have been a loyal customer. No longer!

BMW service is HORRENDOUS - NONEXISTENT. I have yet to talk to anyone. My car was stolen by a valet at a high end hotel, taken for a ride and subsequently rUn into a lamp pole and totaled the car. The hotel insurance company has been incredibly generous and accommodating. The only problem is BMW - I have been calling BMW Assist, Financial office, Insurance office, corporate office, Irvine BMW dealership, and NO ONE has returned my call. I have been passed on to different people who then put me on hold for 10-20 minutes, I finally hang up in disgust. I am a victim of a crime and they are not liable for any of the damgages - as a matter of fact - the insurance company will pay for everything but they cannot talk to BMW because I am the one with the lease. The insurance company made arrangements for my rental car NOT BMW because they will not return my calls.

I will NEVER, EVER DRIVE A BMW AGAIN. I have talked to several people and they all report horrible service from the Irvine BMW as well corporate. BEWARE! This has caused me undue stress - not the insurance company but BMW!!!

Advise to future customers buying new BMW X1.Never make the mistake, I bought one brand new last month with paint issues,all the interior moulds and dash board rattles.
All the plastic used out side you can press it with a finger it will crack that flimsy. Claimed mileage by BMW on a diesel BMW X1 is joke,you are lucky to get 50%
On the whole, I regret why I bought it after a month, complained to customer relations team at BMW, their standard answer " RESOLVE IT WITH DEALER " and wash their hands off. I feel like an idiot.
