When I took delivery of my 330i, I told your service department that the brakes were grabby/jerking. their response was that this was the design. I also said the brakes scream/squeel when backing up. They said let it wear in. Now after only 18, 000 miles I need a complete brake job $2,300. This is ridiculous. There is something wrong with the settings on this vehicle. The Tucson dealership is unresponsive. This is not acceptable. I exp[ect something to be done about this.

My BMW 328i drive chain malfunctioning light comes on. Just picked it up from dealership. 430.00 to input information into
Computer. To fix problems. Going home the drive chain light warning came on again My 328i BMW 2013 has 76 miles on it
And BMW WILL NOT PAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM Contacted customer service corporate in NJ. NO HELP. They BMW are
Extended warranty for drive chain to 70 thousand miles. Mine has 76 thousand miles. No HELP

A BMW dealership in Riverside ravaged my vehicle on a recent visit. They broke my inside door handle, my antenna and stole a BMW insignia from one of my wheels. Everything got fixed except the antenna. They asked me to pay for the repair because the antenna was an after market part and not an official BMW antenna. They refused to call me back and customer service representatives (Alex x7682 and Misha x7418) refused to escalate the matter and basically told me to pound sand because there is nothing they can do because the dealer is a franchise of BMW and not a "corporate dealership." This is a true story.I will never buy another BMW or have my car serviced by BMW as long as I walk this planet. I will spend the rest of my life down talking the company to everyone I meet. By the way, I was a service department consultant for 20 years. I know what is good service and what is not good service. BMW provides lousy service and they will never have my trust or business again. I urge all of you to dump this company and not patronize them in any way.

I purchased a new 2016 435i XDR AWD April 2016. In Aug the idrive screen went black. It was dark and almost midnight. The locks were also sometimes locking and unlocking and furthermore the USB outlets would not charge my phone. Therefore no phone! No way to call for help!! Two kids and myself on the way to "vaca" Trip interruption towed to closest dealership and said I had to rent a car and I had to stay at a hotel. Ruined my entire vaca!! NOW MY CLAIM will not be reimbursed!!??? Would like an explanation! SINCE AUGUST AND still having issues w car and no resolve or reimbursement!! Not safe and I'm not happy. First BMW and is this their customer service ???

I am 2nd.unlucky owner of this car.



This car has mfg. Direct from starting year as per records of service company parsholi motors Ahmedabad India.



Both owner fashing high temperature problem.



Now my car is in workshop since 50 days in waiting of oilcooler ordered by parsholi motors.



SERVICE ENGINEERS SAID IN THIS CAR THERE IS MFG PROBLEM AND U HAVE TO CHANGE FULL ENGINE AND COST WILL BE 20.00 LAC INR.

I want to know why Ocala BMW Ocala Florida charged $140 for an oil change for a 14 328i and all other dealerships only charge $89.99 I am waiting till I go to Orlando to get my oil changed to save the $50+ dollars they should all charge the same price

Extremely upset and disappointed that I can buy a 50k car at 18 years d and not get a BMW loaner because I am not 25 that is ridiculous I have insurance just like every other person there is no reason I shouldn't be able to get one now I am going to be late to work because I have to wait for rental car service to open and bring a car

Bought a 2015 BMW x5 35i with a blind spot detection camera. Was all excited about it, but, NO, I relied on it and got into an accident with a Honda that was driving on my blind spot. The detection camera did not catch it totally. I went to Peter Pan service in Burlingame and a Technician told me that the Honda is too low to be dectected by the camera unless I face the side mirror really really low. That's crazy and the sales person who sold me the car has never told us how to use it, except that you are buying a good safety feature to help you be aware of cars in your blind spot. Angry, frustrated and poorer by $5000 to fix my car and a higher insurance premium. Can I trust the car anymore????

awful and very racism.... i just got x3 just 2 days ago on 08/30. after came home we noticed there was double charge on dealer handling fee,.. so i called twice to financial managaer and left voice message and no responsed. so i went back to deal on 09/01 just 2 days later and i got treat like criminal.... first, i asked original financial person but she want's there so asked diff. person. so, there was name "matthew" another manger with unhappy face, coun't understand just looking at invoice so my husband told him to call sales person and matthew said " i can handler this "..... well he coun't figure out ha ha ......well finaly they gave us refund for extra money they charged but **** whole this time, we were their treated us like criminal and and their kids.... hey we are 48 yrs old may look younger... this not right to treat customers this way,,, if we were customers bought over $100000.00 car, they treated us this way ..... they lookig us like poor people trying to get cheapest bmw .........overall from beginning to ending there was not even single apologiz......

BMW of Macon I'm having the worse experience ever before, first they say they will contact you about your car, no one ever call you back, always complaining about they are so busy, that's why u supposed to have appointment, then if you have an appointment you still don't get service. Debt card was charge for a CD that they had, still waiting on the parts Dept to refund the money, it only takes a second to do that, but evertime I call they are so busy, this may be my last time buying another BMW. Just not satisfied. They can't fix my 650i convertible navigation system yet. Had to return it three times.

I own a 2013 BMW X5.
It has had issues with excessive burning of motor oil and, now, I am told turbo charger needs to be repaired/replaced which will cost $7000 to $10,000.
I need to have BMW contact me regarding this ASAP.
I want answers.

i bought a new 730LD from the local dealer in 2014. the vehicle had a problem with the air-conditioning since we bought it. The dealer would fill the Air con gas (charge for it) and give the vehicle back . I complained that there is something wrong with the compressor / condenser . maybe there is a leakage of gas. complaints were ignored . Now as soon as the car is out of warranty , the dealership has asked us to change the condenser . stating that there is a leakage.
So the dealer waits for the warranty to end and then asks customers to get parts changed.
I own a mercedes S class also . its 5 years old . Never faced any issue with the same.

I have a 2008 X5 and have had my parking brake malfunction 3 times this time it's going to cost me around $1000 dollars I think u need to rethink this design I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Once again I had to get a tow because the car would not move and it would not manually release. What r your thoughts

The Service is deficient and incomplete. I leave my X5 for reclaim The guaranty Of the New radiador that Autogermana install 6 months ago and it's broken again. After wait for several days for the appointment and 3 more days to do the work I received the X5 with more problems. They didn't complete the essential like refill the coolant. And now the vehicle has problems with the fan and some other parts. The Ck engine is on and I don't know what else is damage.

Bmw sucks! My engine ceased in my 2011 535xi, I only had the car one year. Bmw left me and my kids in the cold for 5 hrs. There customers service are the worst. I have a warranty on the car, they said they aren't paying for my car. They are looking for someone to blame, and I paid for and extended warranty.

Not quiet sure if this rate all BMW DEALERS but am currently in Costa Rica and the capital has only one authorized dealer available I had been driving BMW for over a decade always happy with the expensive but Excellent service that was until I got here to Costa Rica due to a work assignment purchased a Mini Cooper that wasn't exactly what I had as my last 535 but still trusting the brand the fist and probably last time am taking the car for a general inspection the car was at the dealer for one week before reviving any news from the service advisor Fabio matamoros. Sent couple emails about the status of the car never even bother to answer call him numerous times until finally one week after I hear from the guy wanting to change many things on the car, no problem I explained to him I would like start with the mayor priorities and leave the others for my second visit, takes one more week to get back to me mind time am paying a rental out of my packet finally nearly 3 weeks after I hear from the hoy to go and puck up the car although some of the services approve not done due to unavailable stock parts but notified on the day of notification of completion of services. Arrived one day after to pick up the car the proses of billing toke an hour and 30 minutes. When the keys are handed, I noticed that my old car key with I huge whole showing all the circuits inside, I asked Fabio what happens to the key and he replies that's the way the key was given, that was the moment I realized the mistake that I did trusting my car to people that ruin something that yes it was not perfect but they toke the liberty to make it worse I asked to speak with a manager to explained the problem and what I got was a manager accusing me trying to take advantage after paying 1500 hundred dollars for a partial service and other inspections but no actions taken. I asked the manager that my goal was to get my car fix rather than Make it worse the experience was unsatisfactory and looking to get a phone call to give more details if neede

Really bad customer service. No help or returne phone from BMW. Over two weeks ago I called no one called me back. I called today and rep basically said good luck. There's nothing he can do. The problem is my 2009 328i has metal caps on metal tire valves. Can not get these caps off my valve. Going to probably have to pay $600.00 to get valves. Why in earth would you put a metal cap on a tire valve. So my low tire light came on. What to do? Please advise.

There is no change in performance essentially the older housing tool was getting a bit worn and we have built a new tool that eliminates the pressure switch mounting area seen in the top left of the housing. These pumps are used in a bypass format which makes the switch mounting area redundant. We also added our new logo and you can see also some fortification ribs in the bolt areas. In a nutshell this is the next generation housing and you will not see performance changes.

I just watched your bmw commercial and I have styrophobia which solidified me never purchasing a bmw ever. I was in the market to buy one. Styrofoam os the worst environmental product ever made. You should take the commercial off the air. So much for a company to promote the pollution of a great nation. You should be ashamed to have that on the air.

I Would Never Purchase Another BMW. They are very expensive and there is nothing special about them. They give a lot of problems "expensive problems" the "ultimate driving machine" spend more time in the shop than my Toyota. And you get no support from the corporation. They are not for the customers.
