I would like to bring to corporate attention that on Dec 1 2017, ,on the second leg of my flight to Halifax Nova Scotia I helped as an R. N. with a sick and unruly patient from Los Angeles to Calgary . With the help of of 2 other R.N�¢â?¬â?¢s and your great flight attendants we work with this passsenger for almost two hours. My name and e mail were taken but I have not heard a thank you from anyone. Now I was happy to help but I was very distressed as I was on my way to my sister funeral. . When I tell people my story they are appalled and have made me write this letter. My flight originated in Sacramento to Halifax. I did not keep ant flight information but you should have it on record. I left Sacramento at 1.10 pm Dec 1st and arrived in Halifax Dec.2nd. 7.30 am

I am sending this email to tell you how excellent, professional and upbeat your crew was for the flight from Toronto to San Jose Costa Rica which got diverted to Cancun, Mexico because of the San Jose airport closure due to volcanic ash back on July 25th / 26th.
I live in San Jose and in fact the volcano did it again a week or so ago and we are currently experiencing light ash all this week and I hope not too many of our flights are adversely affected.
I have always been a West Jet fan from your very first flights and this flight with its potential problems simply solidified my high regards for West Jet service and its crews. My daughter and I want to thank them again for their professionalism and courtesy on this tough flight.
As you know the flight landed in Mexico in early afternoon and took off the early the next morning for CR. I am an experienced traveler and over the years have had 4 or 5 overnight diversion flights due to various factors. All the passengers seemed very satisfied with the service of the flight crew and Mexican ground crew.
I am sorry for the delay in sending this but finally, here it is ... please look back on who the flight crew was and put a commendation on their file. They deserve it.

I took a flight from Toronto Pearson to Vancouver on 9th 2016. I wanted to thank you for going above and beyond for me. I lost my wallet at the airport prior to my flight. I first noticed it missing when I went through security. Alexi was very thorough in trying to track it down when it was lost. He inquired with others and checked to see if it was seen on the cameras. Many of the staff were also concerned and and asked how I made out when they saw me later on. I was not able to find it but it was eventually returned to me after me trip. I very much appreciated the efforts of the security staff on duty and wish to let you know of the personal attention that was given to me. THANK YOU

Terrible customer service experience on booking line. AFter waiting ages to speak to someone, because they are always "experiencing a high volume of calls", a rude agent treated me terribly and when I asked her name and employee #, she put me on hold and NEVER returned, after 20 minutes on hold, dead air changed to dial tone. Unbelievable!!! there was a time when WestJet employees were wonderful, no longer!

I recently flew on WJ 214 from Calgary to Montreal on the 1am flight. I sat in 5A, my sister in 5C. We were served water early in the flight, and then the three attendants made tea for themselves and visited in the front plus seats most of the rest of the flight. The plus seat ppl, which were few, didn't get any food. I'm glad I didn't spend my $100 for them. The man across the row said to us that if these gals worked for him, they'd be fired. I finally asked for coffee at 5am. So did the man. The gal served it but spilled it on the man and never apologized. She asked later if he was ok. He was livid. I always choose WJ, but I've never seen such as this. I was very disappointed in their service ( or lack of it)

Crew on flight WS25 from London to St John's on 23/06/16 accidentally threw out my sons's UK Biometric Residency Permit. Westjet have already credited me £79 for the cost of replacing this when he returns to the UK. However, he needs a temporary permit from the British Consulate to re-enter the UK that costs £189 (which is robbery, I agree!), and we have just found out that it is not covered by our travel insurance. How do we go about making a formal claim against Westjet for this amount?

We have booked 4 flights with Westjet for May/June 2016. Because we reside in the UK,l anted to e.mail,rather than call Canada with a question relating to baggage. But,it is impossible to locate an e.mail address anywhere
Can anyone help?

I would like to thank you for the great flight we had from Toronto to Merida on December 29. The staff at the Airport and on the plane were so nice and helpful. We were so impressed. Their upbeat attitude and helpfulness made our flight one of the most pleasant flights and we want to compliment them. We will definately use West Jet again.

Back in august 21 i purchased two tickets to Toronto, the next day i remembered i had a credit

owing for $ 169.60. I contacted you company and was told that Westjet would credit my visa, i

just got my visa bill and was charged for another seat less the credit. I am now getting charged for 3 seats instead of 2.I booked through flight centre, reservation code OYKMRN. Can you please credit my visa $ 525.12 I would like to get this solved before I go in the hospital

Worst airline ever. A 9 hour trip turned into a 25 hour trip. Delays, due to weather . so they say. Didn't even offer to pay for hotel let alone discount flight. Worst experience ever. JetBlue offers discount if you wait more than 40 min on a flight. My mothers flight was delayed 3 hours, missed connection. Then too late to fly. So had to spend the night. Wait it gets better. Next day was supposed to be 2 hour 20 min. was 6 hours. Customers service representative says "you are entitled to your opinion". When Aka she didn't care . I said my mom would probably never fly again because of this terrible experience.

Re Calgary Airport on July 6 flying from Fredericton to Comox, transferring in Calgary, I had a boarding pass for a gate that had changed. The flight was not listed on the departures screen. When I finally found an agent who was able to give me the correct gate number, I asked her why the flight wasn't on the board. She said something to the effect that it wasn't one of Westjet's regular flights and then made a loudspeaker announcement about the gate change, and more than a few people suddenly showed up there. On July 27 I was flying from Calgary to Comox and the gate was A21. The door to that gate was locked and a sign said US only flights, and no one around to explain. Eventually someone came through the door and I was told to wait for a US flight to depart and the doors would be unlocked. Would it be so difficult to stick a sign up on a door or a kiosk to inform and direct passengers to the right gate? Flying is stressful enough without having that essential information being kept a secret.

Hi, my name is Elsie Allen & I was on flight WS31 from Glasgow to Halifax on my way to Calgary on July 14. I arrived about 11:45 am in Halifax but left a very special umbrella in the overhead compartment on the WS 31 flight when I got off. It is full size , navy colour with a wooden handle and a Salvation Army logo on the umbrella. It is commemorative of the 150th Salvation Army conference I attended.

I would like you to know what an excellent staff you have at the Victoria, BC airport. Because of the fuel dispute in Toronto, our original flight on July 4, 2015 was delayed and our connecting flight would have left before we touched down. The booking agents were all so pleasant while they tried to get our travel arrangements changed around. They really went above and beyond for us even though there were very unhappy people all around us.

I Have Traveled Wj Several Times,each Time I Noticed Delays Because Of Pasingers With Carry On Lugage . If Everyone Would Be Required To Check Baggage It Would Eliminate This Delay.the Baggage Charge Could Be Eliminated As Well

I was trying to confirm my flight. The girl answering was nice but I am really surprised about the baggage fee as I booked in December and was not told about it. While discussing this with her I was cut off. It was very difficult to find a number to call for Westjet Customer Service and also you are not listed in the Victoria phone book. I am not comfortable trying to use the computer to confirm or book flights.

I was recently on a flight to Puerto Vallarta and returned to Winnipeg via Edmonton from Mazatlan. I have celiac disease and now a days there are lots of folks with gluten sensitivity that must eat gluten free. It would have been really nice if there was a gluten free snack available. There was hummus and lentil crackers for purchase on a 41/2 hour flight.

I would sugget you do something about the amount of scam calls we are recieving from West jet . My office has gotten at lease 25 calls today and almost the same amount yesterday from a tella marketer stating Westjet is giving away money for flights. we are trying to run a business and do not know how to stop the calls. If you know how to deal with this , that would be great

I have been trying to reach someone to get some satisfaction concerning West Jet agents or sales calling me on my cell phone every day. I am fed up with this and want it to stop. They call at all hours and leave recorded messages ... these calls come while I am at work , at dinner, at all times of the day. Please help stop them. And don't say its an outside agency .. They are on your behalf and you are responsible. Thank you.
