Snapfish is horrible! They directed me to cancel an order for Christmas cards and reorder, which I did. They then cancelled the order, but shipped it and not the reorder (which was $60 more expensive). They can not be reached on online chat - I waited 2 hours to be in queue and take a couple of days through email. These are to send out for Christmas. I will NEVER order from them again.

Horrible company. Paid to have my cards shipped overnight. Order has been in limbo, and customer service's only response is that I should continue to wait for the order to process. Customer service was rude, snarky and disconnected the chat line after I repeatedly requested a refund. I finally turned to VISA, and they are going to refuse payment to Snapfish. Thank you VISA Buyer's Protection.

I too have been a loyal customer for almost a decade. I spent 3 weekends putting together books for all my relatives as Christmas presents. my order showed as failed on my phone app but as processing on the website. I reached out via the chat and was directed to reorder my books. 3 times I have done this is I am now at their mercy before the holidays. Each time I get online it's an increasingly frustrating situation with someone on the other end who clearly doesn't understand what I'm asking. No 800 number, nor contact info can be found anywhere online. Never have I not been able to identify management team members information. Snapfish is HORRIBLE. Horrible customer service, horrible platform, and sadly horrible products.

Sure wish I would have checked these comments before ordering my calendars. They are no longer the company they use to be!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! For years i have been making calendars to give to a group of seniors our students volunteer with. Looks like it won't happen this year!!

I have been ordering products from Snapfish for years. Very disappointed in the xmas card order this year. The envelopes came unaddressed after paying for them to be addressed and were flimsy and low quality. The black background on the cards is smudged. Snapfish has disconnected their 800 number, and I am waiting to live chat with 170 requests ahead of me. There is a lot of competition out there and they better get their act together or they'll be out of business.

I've ordered from Snapfish for a number of years, no more. I just received my 23 specifically taylored calendars and am extremely disappointed in quality. I took better pictures than what were printed on the pages. It took me a long time to upload all the pictures, and the site has changed from last year and was much harder to use. One of the reasons I have ordered my calendars from Snapfish was that they print all 12 pictures on the back of the last page, not this year. And then its low down that one can't get a viable phone number to talk to a real person...I was #147 in the live chat...my time is more valuable than that. I will tell people now to NOT use snapfish...very disappointing and a waste of my money.

Terrible customer service. I wish I had not wasted my time with this company. I've been disconnected 3 times after waiting on the chat line for help. There is no 800 number to speak with someone in person. They have my old address and you cannot change it online. Also the orders take two weeks! I'm now 123 in line to chat with someone!

I agree with all the comments below - will never use snapfish again. Had a free redeem code and tried to add extra to the orders. The website then charged me for the free one, when I tried to do live chat they didn't answer my question and disconnected me! Said sorry, but it was a server issue. I am on hold now with their live chat just to tell them i will never use them again.

I just received the 5 books I ordered for Christmas presets. It is unacceptable. The front cover, the picture is all distorted, plus some of the pictures in the book are distorted also. I tried customer service online, and was connected to India three times. Each time they disconnected me when they saw the pictures I uploaded of my books. I took them to Walgreens, and they were horrified that Snapfish would send out such poor books. The fact that you cannot get a real person in Snapfish is terrible. I am now stuck with these books that I cannot give for Christmas.

This Phone Number Listed Is No Longer In Use By Snapfish. I Have Been Unable To Meet The Deadline I Have For Creating Business Holiday Cards, And It Has Been Very Frustrating To Say The Least. After Working For Hours Last Night, Re-uploading The Same Photos Several Times To My Project....a Message Popped Up Saying Basically, Sorry. Your Done. Overload. Try Later. You've Wasted Your Precious Time..... ~ I Have Used Them In The Past, And Been Happy With The Results, Though Any Holiday Crunch-time Has Been A Real Pain To Get Anything Done. Bummer, I Wish They Could Fix The Overload Bugs, As I Am Already Used To Their System....

Very upset, spent 2 hours making gifts for family members and then try to check out and the site has technical difficulties. Got so upset and called it a night and figured would re-group and try again this morning, and now the site will not even load my projects. A complete waste of my evening will NEVER use snapfish and will tell all my friends and family members what a disgrace this website is.

I am disgusted by the customer service I encountered. I prepared and ordered a number of photobooks because of a deal Snapfish had. On their website, there was a link 29FSNOV which stated "free shipping over $29+" and underneath a link "shop now". No other links, details or terms and conditions were present. I clicked on the link "shop now" on the voucher and it took me to other deals, namely the photobooks. No terms and conditions present + the voucher's link took me to other vouchers = one can presumably use both vouchers at the same time. I spent hours creating the books only to find at checkout: "29FSNOV : Your order subtotal is less than what's required to receive the discount." My order was $33. I called customer service and the person did not listen to my problem, seemed woefully ignorant of customer laws, and disconnected me without any help whatsoever (after I waited a good half an hour for them to answer in the first place). I am thoroughly disgusted by the lack of support and as much as I enjoy those photobooks, I do not love surprises at checkout when they involve paying more.

I took a lot of photos while in Haiti. They are on my computer. I want to order photographs from Snapfish, but I don't know how to do it. I have an account with Snapfish and a new password. I don't know how to "drag" the photos. Please help. I was hoping to order them by mail quickly. Thank you.

Once a fine website, snapfish is now abysmal. The site is saturated with technical glitches that make even the most basic processes, such as changing the number of prints one is ordering prior to checkout, a grueling ordeal. Customer "support" is from online reps with Indian names whose English is rudimentary. I demanded a refund in exchange for the torture of having to spend half an hour on a chat trying to rectify a malfunction at snapfish's end. Naturally the problem was blamed on "your [i.e., my] browser" and a change to "another browser" was suggested. It is reprehensible when companies foist this unwanted (and irrelevant) advice on customers simply to try and excuse their own deficiencies. I used to create many products, including photobooks and calendars, on snapfish. Now I mostly use its competitors such as shutterfly and vistaprint. They aren't great either, but snapfish is the absolute worst.

I have been trying to log in to my acct but can't remember my password and when I try to reset it it supposedly sends a message to my email address but nothing comes through. Is there any other way to reset my password?

Snapfish offers nothing more than a most terrible service. Prints I ordered and paid for weeks ago have still not arrived and its long past their estimated delivery time/date. Speaking to anyone to try and solve the problem is impossible, all avenues of contact offered by them leads to nowhere. I will NEVER use their service again and would recommend that others do the same!! Clean your act up Snapfish and value the customers you do have. Your service leaves a lot to be desired!!!

Still unable to log in to snapfish on either my iPad or my PC! I've been a customer for YEARS and have never had this difficulty before. I've used both the classic site and, more recently, the beta site.

Snapfish Photo Customer Service is Rotten! You cannot reach anyone to talk to personally. I've got an order in my basket and it is for the penny a picture for 99 cent. They used their own discounts making it where I could not use mine. I am very discouraged by trying to sign in to their site and will be glad to finish this order and dealing with them!

It is hard for me to believe that an HP company can have such a non-functional website. I wasted several hours trying to get photos to open so I could add them to a photobook and some Christmas cards. All the site did was sit there and spin. Chat and customer service was no help. I went to a competitors website and was successful in creating my two projects. I am very disappointed with Snapfish.
