After Only One Month, My Lenovo Ideapad 3's Card Reader Stopped Working. It Is Extremely Slow For Downloading Anything. When I Copy A Photo It Can Not Be Found In Any File. This Ideapad 3 Is A Piece Of Trash. Do Not Buy Any Of Their Products.

Dear sirs,

I am extremely disappointed with your customer service and support in Greece. In particular, i wanted to buy a charger for my lenovo YOGA 730-13IKB because i lost the original.

Please note that the original charger was lost on July 12, and i realized it a few days later.

After many phone calls to various departments i had to write an email with my request (on July 19). No response until earlier this morning therefore i had to start allover again with phone calls, new email, etc. in order to find out that i have to make a deposit and then to wait for another working 10 days until they ship it to me. Do you think that this timing is acceptable? I need to catch up with my work while I'm on the move quite a lot. Can any one of you get things moving a bit faster for me?

LENOVO has the worst customer service.
I purchased a desktop ideacentre 310 in May 2018, had problems with it
and told to send it to Memphis, Tn for repair; it was received and signed for on
June 21, 2018. No updates or anything, have been calling weekly and today
clerk tells me they received my desktop for repair on July 12, 2018 and it will take
9 business day to repair. Again WORST customer service ever

I have been trying for an hour to contact Lenovo so that I can find out how to download the manual for Lenovo Yoga 710. I can't even get the website to accept my serial number. Is this typical of Lenovo? Neither your phone numbers nor your website cooperate.

M really upset.i got a Lenovo for Christmas and I have not had it 3weeks. She was getting of her bed and and it fell on her tablet fell on her carpet and cracked . I don't understand why they make them so cheap . They target a certain age group but dont make them age friendly. Honestly I bought a case for it. I could see if it hit the tile or the ground or even if it fell from high place. But my baby is 6 years old sleeps on a kid bed. If you have kids then you know there beds are far from the ground.i called they said they waranty dose not apply to that and I would have to pay for another screen.wow I couldn't believe it. I asked for the corporate number they said they don't have one they said they send emails. These big companies make these items is cheap then have the nerve charge you again to fix an item that showed not have cracked in the first place. Now my baby doesn't have her tablet .

Good afternoon this is Richard wallshein in lake worth fl. I purchased a Lenovo pc home computer in august 2016. I had to bring it back to best buy 3 days later it would not start up or reboot. Went back to best buy and received new computer. NOW in November I returned computer to best buy in Boynton beach fl. And was told they had to send to factory it took a week and I was impressed. I picked the computer up today 11/19/16 and brought it home. I don't have the power cord to even see if it works. I called best buy in Boynton they checked and said only the box was sent to the dactory. I can only think that the power cord was left at the geek squad desk in Boynton beach fl. Where I came in with all the parts. I would like a new power cord and have the factory warranty extended to the day I bought the first computer.. did I mention I live 20 minutes from best buy and lost a lot of time and money. This experience has been memorable and wonder if you can assist in keeping me as a satisfy ed customer..

Lenovo support is extremely bad to say the least. It is extremely difficult to get through to someone who can actually help you and when you do they are extremely rude and unhelpful.

I have a Lenovo Yoga 910, when I got it brand new out of the box it was missing a lot of drivers and would not charge. When I called up to get help I was told that I had to provide a serial number BUT in order to provide a serial number I must reboot the machine. As I was in the midst of restoring a back up I could not give them the serial number and I was to "No we cannot help you" WHAT A COMPANY

I am so disappointed with my new Lenovo computer which has never worked well since I bought it in March 2016. Then,it would not even come on.Tech support says it needs new motherboard, which seems to be a problem ordering. Now it has been another month without my computer. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Please just return my money and you can have your worthless computer back. At least you could take care of your customers under warranty.

Your sales staff sent me to technical which ended up giving me your satisfaction survey.

I've had a Lenovo Desktop since August 2015. Early November, they sent someone out to replace the motherboard and wifi card. After the technician leaves, the next reboot leaves the machine only able to boot to a black screen with a white mouse pointer. Rescue disc doesn't work; store bought windows install disc won't work! And yet, Lenovo tech INSISTS it MUST be a software issue and wants to put me through with pay per instance software support. THE COMPUTER ISN'T YET 3 MONTHS OLD! I'm sitting here with a pc that won't boot and no redress. I feel like I've been sucked into an alternate reality. Please, if you are reading this---SAVE YOURSELF--do NOT buy Lenovo.

Not sure. but I called two different suport numbers and both hung up on me. I called back was told where did I get this no. And they don't fix the problem I have.

I have been trying to call this number for four hours....seriously. I then call another Lenovo number I found, explain my issue to the tech he puts me only hold 4 minutes later it disconnects. Terrible customer service. First time buying this product, last time buying this product.

I sent my laptop in for a standard repair covered under the manufacturers warranty. The hinge on my lenovo Y50-70 touch was cracked. So, after great difficulty getting fedex to accept the shipping label lenovo sent me I finally got it sent off to lenovo. A repair which they told me would take two weeks at most. Well one thing led to another and guess what, Their repair depot or whatever ran out of the part needed to repair my laptop. This was completely unacceptable. So after about an hour and a half on the phone with your customer service my case was escalated on the 5th of august. Wonderful i thought, now I can finally get this fixed. My Case manager sent me the specs of a replacement laptop. I agreed to the replacement on the 5th, which on that very day i got an email from my case manager that said please give it 1 business day to be processed through our systems. Understandable. I could wait that one business day. Then afterwards it said to allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Also very understandable and completely reasonable. So last week on the 12th i called and emailed my case manager again asking her what was going on. She told me she would need another day to figure out what is going on. Again I just said okay and waited for the next day. I called her again the next day and she told me apparently the warehouse that my new laptop was going to be sent from has ran out of stock of this model and that she sent a letter/email to another warehouse or something and that it should ship out soon and that she would call me the following day Friday the 14th. I called her all day friday and it instantly went to voicemail every single time. Over the weekend I have had a lot of time to think about all of this "Very Good" customer service and I have come to the conclusion that lenovo has no idea of what they have in stock, If they tell you they have your part needed for a repair, it wont be there unless your actually paying money for it. If your manufacturers warranty is what is covering it, it will get done when they get to it. Same goes for replacements. Oh and I just called my case manager again and guess what? Straight to voicemail. So if your thinking lenovo is the brand for you, you might want to give it another thought.
