Good afternoon this is Richard wallshein in lake worth fl. I purchased a Lenovo pc home computer in august 2016. I had to bring it back to best buy 3 days later it would not start up or reboot. Went back to best buy and received new computer. NOW in November I returned computer to best buy in Boynton beach fl. And was told they had to send to factory it took a week and I was impressed. I picked the computer up today 11/19/16 and brought it home. I don't have the power cord to even see if it works. I called best buy in Boynton they checked and said only the box was sent to the dactory. I can only think that the power cord was left at the geek squad desk in Boynton beach fl. Where I came in with all the parts. I would like a new power cord and have the factory warranty extended to the day I bought the first computer.. did I mention I live 20 minutes from best buy and lost a lot of time and money. This experience has been memorable and wonder if you can assist in keeping me as a satisfy ed customer..
