Lenovo support is extremely bad to say the least. It is extremely difficult to get through to someone who can actually help you and when you do they are extremely rude and unhelpful.

I have a Lenovo Yoga 910, when I got it brand new out of the box it was missing a lot of drivers and would not charge. When I called up to get help I was told that I had to provide a serial number BUT in order to provide a serial number I must reboot the machine. As I was in the midst of restoring a back up I could not give them the serial number and I was to "No we cannot help you" WHAT A COMPANY
