Dear sirs,

I am extremely disappointed with your customer service and support in Greece. In particular, i wanted to buy a charger for my lenovo YOGA 730-13IKB because i lost the original.

Please note that the original charger was lost on July 12, and i realized it a few days later.

After many phone calls to various departments i had to write an email with my request (on July 19). No response until earlier this morning therefore i had to start allover again with phone calls, new email, etc. in order to find out that i have to make a deposit and then to wait for another working 10 days until they ship it to me. Do you think that this timing is acceptable? I need to catch up with my work while I'm on the move quite a lot. Can any one of you get things moving a bit faster for me?
