Six months ago I bought an Kyocera telephone at the Verizon office in Oceanside, CA. I was told it was a reliable phone but I still bought replacemnent insurance on it. A month later the screen went blank and it only worked sporadically. I asked Verizon for support and they had Kyocera send me a "refurbished" replacement. The phone worked OK for about a month and I experienced the same problem. Verizon again had Kyocera send me another "refurbished" replacement. About a month later the same problem happened and they offered to have it replaced agai. I refused and purchased an LG telephone that has been working fine. Verizon said I still had to pay for the Kyocera phone or get another "Refurbished" phone because the replacement insurance only covered replacement. Your Kyocera phone is not good and I would like to have my money back instead of having to still make monthly payments for a phone that does not work. If you stand behind your product what is my alternative.

Hi my name is Johnny Hollins. I was wondering if you can help me. I brought a Kyocera Duraforce E6560 cell phone. It's a great phone and I want to keep it that way. I'm having trouble finding a phone cover for it. Do y'all have a hard case I can buy because I can't find one anywhere. Kyocera duraforce phone is supposed to be water resistant under 6 feet of water for 30 minutes somehow my phone got water damage or moisture in it and I don't know how and I had to send it in and then you said my warranty was no longer and I only had the phone for under three months in the warranty is good for one year and then he said my phone was fixable for 39 99 plus tax so I paid to have it fixed and then you sent me on the other phone which was not even my phone and the numbers are all worn off on the back of it and it kept on Switching windows on me when I was trying to scroll through the internet and go on apps on Facebook so I had to send it back and then you send me another phone back and then this phone has absolutely no numbers on the back of it at all and I can tell it is a used phone because there is dirt in it and the cracks you should if you said you were going to fix my phone for 39 99 you should have done whatever it took to fix it and sent me my phone back or else replaced with the brand new one but you instead just sent me another phone and this time with no numbers on the back so now US Cellular isn't even going to be able to hook my phone up to the phone bill that was just paid so you're going to need to leave me some kind of compensation or send me a brand new phone because this is very unethical and very unprofessional business on your behalf is a slap in the face and I've gone to jail over this matter because you're not dependable and your quality of your phone when it comes not really the quality but you are like this whole system is whacked and I don't water and not customer satisfaction whatsoever you're totally to yourself and you do not want to help the customer your greedy and you try to pull tricks they have a quick Penny or dollar you stole my $40 and sent me a garbage phone so I you took the $40 and my phone was brand new and you sent me a phone back that had things in it and it didn't work properly like he treats in a box of phones and just sent me one and all you sent me a phone that has no writing on the back so now I'm not going to be able to hook it up right so I might need you to send me another phone I wish to speak with a direct president or supervisor of your company and you can call me at 715-213-3451 and please leave a message because it's my mother's phone number and I will call you back with the number that I can call you back at whoever this head supervisor manager president or whatever of your company I want to talk to the owner of Kyocera the head honcho boss about this issue because it is on acceptable

I am on my 5th duraforce phone,the phone gets so hot I cannot have it in my pocket. All the previous phones,and this one,freezes up, seems to have a mind of its own,makes loud crackling noises. I am not pleased at all with this phone.i am asking to be contacted to try and get this

I hate this phone i just received another replacement phone my third. The phone just cuts in and out when i am talking. I just activated this new phone yesterday and received my first phone call this morning from my daughter and the same thing as the last two phones the call cuts In and out even though I have full bars for service. Verizon would only replace with the same phone. I want a phone that i can talk on. Is this to much to ask this phone was purchased for its durability but I still need to be able to talk on it. I am hoping you can either find way to fix this problem or replace it with a similar phone

My Kyocera phone will only aloud incoming phone calls. The phone icon when touched makes phone shut down. What can I do to solve this problem. Thanks Jim Gowan

I recently (9/18/2016) bought a Kyocera Dura Force Pro '“ Model E6820 because of all the information that I saw online about how durable and dependable it's supposed to be.
This phone didn't even last 24 hours. It slipped out of my husband's pocket and cracked.
I cannot believe that a $400 phone could be so flimsy! I definitely consider this phone to be a big scam.
I was able to get a refurbished one from the insurance company, after paying so much money. This will be my last time buying your brand.

This company phones are awful, I purchased this phone with Verizon and had too use the insurance once as already, the glass is more fragile then ice on a hot day. I pay another 150 plus the original 600 dollars for this.two weeks after the new one arrives my phone is in my pocket as I stand up I here a crunch. The sapphire weak as ice screen broke again. So I say okay fine I go 8 months and now the head phone jack disintegrated in my pocket. I'm done your company is not interested in working with me on this. I'm telling everyone I know never to purchase your products. Please go fly a kit in a lighting storm.

Customer service is a joke! Could not get pre-purchase information, couldn't get any real questions answered at all! All I could get anyone to do was read out of a script book, giving me information that was not even relevant to the question. First representative, when asked to escalate the call to his supervisor, simply hung up. The second was trying, but disconnected in the middle of her sentence. I am so NOT impressed! But I did decide. I will not buy a Kyocera phone!

I am very disappointed on my Hydra wave phone. I bough it for the durability & there's been one problem after another. I'm a responsible adult so I'm very careful with my handling & care of my phone in spite of that I have a cracked screen, the outer case is cracking & falling apart. All of this & the phone is less than a year old. Customer service offered very little help. I'm at a loss as to how to resolve these issues!

My name is Mary Jones, I have a Kyocera hydro wave 4 phone, when making payments I'm unable to go to slash when putting in credit card payment, it takes me to numbers but Transaction will not accept just numbers a slash is needed to finish debit card transaction. I Had purchased a Brigadier on 12/26/2015 that was defective. The mic and speaker phone are not working properly, the person receiving the call can not hear what I am saying and on speaker phone it has a bad echo on the receiving end. I returned the phone to your tech department (RMA #: 0116-024082). To which I paid for shipping. When it was returned to me the problem was not resolved. On Feb 5th I emailed kyocera tech support I received an email stating I would be contacted in one business day. I was contacted on Feb. 9th by Ruben,Technical Support Specialist Kyocera Communications Inc. IP number: 172.79.43.126. I was told that they needed my full address to process a email for a new RMA for me. I had sent it twice with no response. On Feb 11th or 12th I contacted Tech support Via the Chat once again speaking with a Ruben. My information was taken again and i was told I should receive information on my phone getting picked up in 24 hour or so. I have not received anything from a shipping company or from Kyocera.

Hello I'm having huge issues with my Kyocera Brigadier. I try to select apps and they will not load I try to send messages they will not send. I can only hard reset. I can not reset by pushing the power button and selecting reset also I can not power off the phone. Can you please help me in getting so frustrated

When I first purchase my phone at metropcs I really liked the style. However now it always won't let me download at all. I have A memory card installed in my phone but it doesn't let it work. The phone is calling numbers that I have not dialed. It's hard for people to hear u. I have only had this phone for about four months. I can't even get no one in customer service. I was told that this phone was tested by the government. What a piece of junk. Paid good for the phone and was told to contact Kyocera but no luck yet. I've tried hard for four months now I'm thinking I should seek legal action ( class action).

after two years using your cell phone, I decided to purchase an "upgraded" one...sorry to say, but this will be the second time I'm sending it back to be repaired...you send it back & say it's repaired? I think you just looked at it for one second & mailed it out...the phone has a VERY bad speaker malfunction,,,instead of "repairing" it like you state, just replace it with a new phone & don't waste my time & money...and MAYBE I can actually give you a good rating...but for now I'm a very dissatisfied customer

Horrible lies unaccountable. I bought a Kyocera phone in July 2015, it was defective, returned it and had the same problem. Kyocera has an "internal agreement" with the carrier and refuses to replace or refund even though covered under manufacturers warranty and after being told my replacement was being shipoed. I am not internal and should not be affected. I am also reporting to attorney general.
