Kyocera duraforce phone is supposed to be water resistant under 6 feet of water for 30 minutes somehow my phone got water damage or moisture in it and I don't know how and I had to send it in and then you said my warranty was no longer and I only had the phone for under three months in the warranty is good for one year and then he said my phone was fixable for 39 99 plus tax so I paid to have it fixed and then you sent me on the other phone which was not even my phone and the numbers are all worn off on the back of it and it kept on Switching windows on me when I was trying to scroll through the internet and go on apps on Facebook so I had to send it back and then you send me another phone back and then this phone has absolutely no numbers on the back of it at all and I can tell it is a used phone because there is dirt in it and the cracks you should if you said you were going to fix my phone for 39 99 you should have done whatever it took to fix it and sent me my phone back or else replaced with the brand new one but you instead just sent me another phone and this time with no numbers on the back so now US Cellular isn't even going to be able to hook my phone up to the phone bill that was just paid so you're going to need to leave me some kind of compensation or send me a brand new phone because this is very unethical and very unprofessional business on your behalf is a slap in the face and I've gone to jail over this matter because you're not dependable and your quality of your phone when it comes not really the quality but you are like this whole system is whacked and I don't water and not customer satisfaction whatsoever you're totally to yourself and you do not want to help the customer your greedy and you try to pull tricks they have a quick Penny or dollar you stole my $40 and sent me a garbage phone so I you took the $40 and my phone was brand new and you sent me a phone back that had things in it and it didn't work properly like he treats in a box of phones and just sent me one and all you sent me a phone that has no writing on the back so now I'm not going to be able to hook it up right so I might need you to send me another phone I wish to speak with a direct president or supervisor of your company and you can call me at 715-213-3451 and please leave a message because it's my mother's phone number and I will call you back with the number that I can call you back at whoever this head supervisor manager president or whatever of your company I want to talk to the owner of Kyocera the head honcho boss about this issue because it is on acceptable
