I've had the Kyocera event from virgin mobile for about a year and its my second Kyocera phone and let me just say that this brand of phone is the WORST MOST HORRIBLE PIECE OF CRAP PHONE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!! Every phone I've had shuts off on me! Its freezes the text is delayed it kicks me off my games and the internet its CONSTANTLY saying that my apps don't work! I can NEVER download anything, it takes for ever to load everything on my phone! When I go into my gallery and I slide to the next picture it glitches and DOESN'T switch to the next picture and the apps are CONSTANTLY stopping INCLUDING the apps that I DONT use! This stupid piece of crap is WORTHLESS its thee BIGGEST waste of time!!! AND the BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY I'VE EVER SPENT IN MY LIFE!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS BRAND OF PHONE AGAIN! NOR WILL I EVER ADVISE OR REFER ANYONE TO BUY THIS BRAND OF PHONE!!!!! You should be ASHAMED to sell this product!!! My name is Tina and you WILL BE expecting a phone call from me on Monday January 5th 2015. I'll try to not use colorful language and keep my attitude in check but I am CLEARLY not happy with your services and I will never get this brand again!!
FHello..i purchased this Kyocera Hydro brand new through ebay...cost effectivness allowed me to do so sonce my other hydro is refurbished...now I am having all kinds of trouble with this new unit...the battery prongs on nregative side wouldnt retract...and i must have this phone to live in case of heart failure...i am seriously afraid ot isnt safe to own...the Sanyo Kyocera Innuendo was far more reliable but i broke the screen w/recliner...
Bought the Kyocera Brigadier, new, less than a month ago.. Called Kyocera Customer Service, waited on hold for 32 minutes. The Rep. could not understand me, nor could I understand him. Language barrier. Transferred me, waited another 17 minutes, to be told I needed to go through my carrier if I have a manufacturers defect with Kyocera. The whole incident was absurd.
DO NOT buy a Kyocera product, if you expect to need customer service, technical support. or use your warranty.
I bought my phone on April 30th 2014. I had problems with it charging and so I was told to send it to the repair place in El Paso Texas. I just now got an email that the phone would not be under warranty as it was my fault I jammed the charger in too hard!!!! So no coverage under warranty. They tell me it costs $39 to fils it. I paid it with my credit card and now as of 6/2.14 they tell me it takes 6 to 10 days to get my phone back!! They can sure take my money right away but not get my phone bct to me in a timely matter. The customer support person told me there is no phone number for the repair place I can only go throgh them (they are in California and only correspond by email to the repair shop) Who does that kind of business?? They probably don't have a phone number because too many people would be calling them to complain. I have visions that my hone is just sitting there all the while they have my money just laughing at how they screwed another person!
for those of u who say u cant get through to anyone cause ur on hold for so long try calling this number i never have any prob getting through to tech suppor on tht number i got the number from my service carrier n i had to send my phone to texas for repair this is the 2nd time ive had to do this ive had my phone for less then a year 2 months after i bought my phone i had to send it in cause the keyboard had a malfunction n now 8 months later it stopped chargeing n when it would say it was charging it was really losing charge finally it went all way dead so had to send it in cause it wouldnt turn on cause it wouldnt charge n its such a hassle cause it takes forever to get ur phone back it says estimated time prob bout couple wks but its been a month jus like the 1st time i think its us the kyocera products theyre junk n i will never ever buy another kyocera anything evber again
Why in the hell does it take for ever to reach somebody to give me an address so I can send my damage phones too all your website i send m and addres address to send thes th send it to my email
