I will never ever use FTD again!!!!!!
I placed an order on the 18TH of December to be delivered on the 20trh. It is now the 23rd and the arrangement still has not been sent.

I was very sad at my bouquet. It wasn't nearly as pretty as the picture and rather small. I was embarrassed. The funeral home had it right up front for everyone to see.

This number is completely useless. It is some off-shore call center and they won't even say where they are located. I can't find a number in the US.

They completely botched 2 orders in 2 days and now can't even give me an update after nearly 40 minutes on hold.

Avoid this company!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
We scheduled delivery of same day flowers to my young granddaughter in the hospital. She had surgery the day before. Even though we paid the extra fee - the flowers were NEVER delivered!!! But what really infuriates me is that no one from FTD even bothered to let me know!! I kept calling my daughter in law to see if the flowers and gift had been delivered and she said no. Finally at 6:15 PM on a Saturday I call FTD! I am told the flowers did not get delivered, would not be delivered but they will try to get to it on Monday! Are you kidding me??? If I had not called I never would have known this! I cannot believe the horrible customer service!! My granddaughter is being released on Monday, she would not have even been there! And to top it off - they would have kept the extra fee for the same day Saturday delivery! How dishonest!! Then when I tell the customer service rep to cancel the order; she proceeds to hound me to have it delivered on Monday and the will refund me $3.00 - Unbelievable!!!??? I will NEVER use this company again! This was important and they could have cared less!

I have never been more disappointed with a company. I ordered flowers for my best friends mother's funeral. I wasn't notified until exactly one week later that the florist dropped the ball and did not make the delivery. The only thing I was offered was to deliver it now to my girlfriends home or give me a refund. I finally made such a stink that they refunded my flowers and gave me a $25 coupon for future purchases. SORRY FTD IF YOU DROP THE BALL YOU SHOULD MAKE GOOD ON THE ORDER AND REFUND THE CUSTOMER. I'll chose a different florist delivery company in the future!!! Confirmation number FTJ209185

I ordered from an FTD company Avas Flowers. They misrepresented that they were local the flowers did not arrive on time they were not the colors I specified. They were not the kind of flowers I asked for and they were ugly. I have talked to 15 people and no one will give me my money back.

Do not order from any FTD company ever.

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law two weeks before Thanksgiving and they were to be delivered the day before the holiday. I actually was at her home that day visiting and the flowers hadn't shown up by mid afternoon. I called cust svc and was told they would contact local florist. Flowers were delivered in an unmarked van, the 'card" was printed on a piece of scrap paper using a printer with apparently very little ink. I had ordered the Thanksgiving Bountiful Duo which consisted of 2 arrangements in fall colors. They delivered ONE purple vase with pink and red flowers. Nothing even close to what I ordered. Called cust svc again and was told they could not tell me which florist delivered because they are not allowed to nor could they tell me where they were located. Got a manager who offered to have flowers picked up (how embarrassing is that). But they would not deliver another arrangement even though I had ordered two. I am going to contact the Federal Trade Commission since the transaction crossed state lines. They do not deliver what you pay for and no one has accountability. Why do we have to deal with people from other countries reading script in half English who have absolutely no intention of helping. Never again will I use FTD.

Do not waste your money. I will never order again from FTD. Products advertised are not what's delivered and customer service is a joke! The only thing their good at is taking your money. What a scam!

My husband orders a dozen colored roses for my birthday. The roses were left on my porch in the freezing cold. I was just happy to have received them. I put them in a vase not realizing they were frozen. The next morning they were dead. So I called ftd.com and they were gonna send me out new ones. The roses were delivered after my birthday and half of them died the next day. I called and complained and gott husnbands money back, but that's not the point. the roses were very small and now I have no birthday roses. I at popes ordering from you guys a longtime ago because my order was always messed up. I have no idea why my husband would order from your company as he too had the same problem in the past. This is very unprofessional and I will never order from your company again!!

In December, my Gold Membership suddenly disappeared...Not only that, but it seems that my entire account has disappeared. After spending, literally, hours on the phone with "Customer Service", it turns out that nobody there neither has any idea what happened to my account, but also is unable to help with anything except orders.

The kicker is that because I signed up for automatic renewal of my Gold membership, I just got charged for another year of membership for an account that doesn't exist...and there are no phone numbers, email addresses, etc. that can help.
I tried cutting my losses and canceling, but there's no account to cancel...but I'm still paying. I guess I'm paying to NOT have an account.

Never again. I ordered an orchid plant for Mothers Day from FTD.com 6 days before the delivery date. I received an emailed shipping confirmation the day before the delivery date. The day OF delivery THEY cancelled the order. Shouldn't they know they don't have the product before they send a shipping confirmation, better yet, before they accept the order? This is the second time FTD did not deliver as promised for the same recipient. They won't get a third chance.

Oredered flowers and was sent an emailafter the delivery date that they were unable to deliver the flowers and I would receie my refund. It has been 3 months and I still fighting with FTD to get a refund. Not only did I not receive the product I ordered I can not get my money back. This is horrible and I will never use them again! I just want my money back and forget that this company even existed.

If I order from them again, I will get the flowers that are delivered by FedEx or UPS. I have always gotten beautiful flowers from them directly. When I order the flowers to be delivered by a local florist is where I have gotten the ugliest flowers ever. The look absolutely nothing like the pictures. The ones I have ordered directly from FTD are the Adrenaline Blush Bouquet (vivid pink gerbera daisies and roses) and they were stunningly beautiful and they lasted about 2 weeks. The Fabled Beauty bouquet also lasted forever. Those flowers were delivered direct from FTD. The packaging is as beautiful as the flowers. Once again, the flowers you get shipped from a grower are fine (unless you get really delicate flowers) and the ones delivered by a florist are bad.

HORRIBLE COMPANY - DONT ORDER FROM THEM! FLOWERS WERENT EVER DELIVERED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE IS JUST BUSY SIGNAL. I REACHED SOMEONE BUT SHE WAS OVERSEAS AND COULD ONLY TAKE NEW ORDERS. ORDER DIRECTLY FROM A FLORIST! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND RIPOFF - I AM WRITING UNITED AIRLINES TO STOP PARTNERING WITH THEM!!!

I, too will never ever use FTD again.
For Mothers' Day deliver it was a NO SHOW, with nobody even bothering to let me know about it.
Now I cannot get through to them, their customer service rep phone wait time has been running from 5 to 30 minute waits,
for the last several days.

These people are total jackasses to treat people this way. I normally order items betw. 100-300 dollars from them

I will not be using this website again. It is a partner of USAA, and I love USAA (I do all my banking, insurance, investments with them), but dealing with FTD was a terrible experience. I ordered flowers for mother's day and had them set to be delivered 2 days before mother's day, but after calling to see if my mom recieved them, she did not. I waited 3 days, and still no flowers. I checked my account, and I was billed for the flowers, so I called FTD and they said the order was never given to a florist. They were not going to contact me that my flowers hadn't been delivered, and were just going to take my money without giving the product. I find this incredibly dishonest, and will never use this website again.

I worked at FTD last May for Mother's Day. The training and support we received was horrible. They hire just about anyone who applies and cram about a month of training into 5 days. Then throw us to the wolves. Once I had an irate customer on the phone and my floor managre would NOT help me. And having worked there I will never order from them either.

Ordered flowers for Valentines day, they didn't arrive. Sent an email on the site, no one called or emailed me. Just a promise to get back to me. Didn't happen. Sent a follow up, got a nice message to the tune of "You're flowers were delivered, so there won't be a refund." But there were no flowers and there was no refund!

Called the call center - got the rep in the Phillipines. They couldn't tell me anything-

Q: what is the headquarters number?
"I don't know sir"

Q:Do you work for FTD?
"I can't tell you who I work for sir"

Q:Which florist delivered the flowers?
"I can't tell you which florist delivered them sir" (because they weren't delivered).

I ordered flowers for my husband for Valentines day and he never received them. They were to be delivered on the Friday so that he could enjoy them all weekend. I was out of town when I ordered them. They (FTD) apparently telephoned my CC company to confirm the address where they were to be shipped (my husbands office) and when the CC company didn't have that address on file as an alternate address they declined the order and that alerted the CC company so they declined further purchases on the card - which I totally get! Why would my CC company have my husbands work address or anyone else's for that matter that I would send flowers to?? My daughter in BC, my grandparents in Germany - how ridiculous! When I phoned my CC company they honoured the purchases and gave me my points - I have been trying to get ahold of FTD they cut me off every time! I'll never order from them again.

I can't believe they even have a customer service department. They might as well just have a recording telling people to F off. That's about as much customer service as I received during my 5 day attempt to get some answers.

I am in the same boat....been let go for issues I had no control over. You say they have mutliple suits in court for wrongful termination? I would like to know in what states. Seems I may need to have some legal advise.

I worked for FTD in Medford, Oregon for 3 years. It appears that FTD fires anyone that makes it to the 3 year mark. They have multiple suits against them legally. I am involved in one of the class actions at this time. I know of over 20 people that have been fired for nothing more than standing up and stretching at their desk when NO calls were coming in. This is ridiculous. You try your hardest and really work hard, lots of overtime and are told how good you do, then for nothing you do, you get fired. I feel so very sorry for the people that work there. Not only do they lose their jobs but when working FTD lies to their customers, offering things they never have .. how sad FTD. How very sad ..Since I know that other suits have been won because of their negligence, I believe this one will too. I hope anyone reading this will beware and if you worked there, hey let public know of their deceit.
