I ordered flowers for my daughter in law two weeks before Thanksgiving and they were to be delivered the day before the holiday. I actually was at her home that day visiting and the flowers hadn't shown up by mid afternoon. I called cust svc and was told they would contact local florist. Flowers were delivered in an unmarked van, the 'card" was printed on a piece of scrap paper using a printer with apparently very little ink. I had ordered the Thanksgiving Bountiful Duo which consisted of 2 arrangements in fall colors. They delivered ONE purple vase with pink and red flowers. Nothing even close to what I ordered. Called cust svc again and was told they could not tell me which florist delivered because they are not allowed to nor could they tell me where they were located. Got a manager who offered to have flowers picked up (how embarrassing is that). But they would not deliver another arrangement even though I had ordered two. I am going to contact the Federal Trade Commission since the transaction crossed state lines. They do not deliver what you pay for and no one has accountability. Why do we have to deal with people from other countries reading script in half English who have absolutely no intention of helping. Never again will I use FTD.
