I can only assume that you have a deal going with the phone companies to extract as much money from the subscriber by keeping them on hold. I have tried for ages to speak to a human without success.
Frankly, not only is your customer service non existent, your products purchased by me are sub standard, I have one of your induction hobs that turns itself off without warning and ruins the food....rubbish! and an oven the heats the room faster than the food, as the door seal leaks. Both products are still in warranty.
I have requested a return call from you, but I'm not holding my breath.
