After a protracted wait and having spoken to a robot for some time, I was eventually put through to a lady named Sheena. She tried to be helpful even suggesting that where I had turned my gas hob on and off, several times for between 1 and 10 minutes , I should have done this for 15 minutes. Just checked my service manual and this time limit is not mentioned anywhere in the manual. Before I had a chance to speak any longer I was cut off. A bit of an insult having waited for a long time just to talk to someone human. Anyway Sheena, 15minutes didn't work either so suggest you report this back to your manual writer . In the meantime I just wondered how I now book a service without having to speak to a robot, please ? Any ideas ?
