I can only assume that you have a deal going with the phone companies to extract as much money from the subscriber by keeping them on hold. I have tried for ages to speak to a human without success.

Frankly, not only is your customer service non existent, your products purchased by me are sub standard, I have one of your induction hobs that turns itself off without warning and ruins the food....rubbish! and an oven the heats the room faster than the food, as the door seal leaks. Both products are still in warranty.

I have requested a return call from you, but I'm not holding my breath.

Dire customer service .... have you tried getting through to them! I do not wish to hear "push" calls recommending to look at your website for new products when the existing one DOES NOT WORK and YOU do not answer customers - really really bad long wait calls and don't by AEG washer dryers - not fit for purpose. Even engineer things so!

Freya does not understand English properly
I have been cut off when I FINALLY got through to a human. They have not rung back
Am appalled at having to hang on so long listening to mind bending music.
Washing machine under guarantee
Front of soap dispenser has come off.

After a protracted wait and having spoken to a robot for some time, I was eventually put through to a lady named Sheena. She tried to be helpful even suggesting that where I had turned my gas hob on and off, several times for between 1 and 10 minutes , I should have done this for 15 minutes. Just checked my service manual and this time limit is not mentioned anywhere in the manual. Before I had a chance to speak any longer I was cut off. A bit of an insult having waited for a long time just to talk to someone human. Anyway Sheena, 15minutes didn't work either so suggest you report this back to your manual writer . In the meantime I just wondered how I now book a service without having to speak to a robot, please ? Any ideas ?

Never ever using aeg again. Customer service is non existent. Service force Nuneaton awful.first appt dishwasher broke again within a week. Two further appointments not attended. Wasted so much time dealing with a dishwasher that is just a year old under warranty. Quicker to go and buy a new one and definitely NOT AEG. You can't even speak to a customer service assistant at AEG. I've also completed a feedback survey asking for someone to contact. Once again no response

I am currently trying to contact customer services regarding a washing machine which is currently under warranty however I have logged my request for an engineer and looked a job number seven days ago I have had no response.I have called all the numbers for service and used them online and get directed and get told that the service centre no longer deal with AEG products can anyone help me as I want an engineer to fix my machine . I thought I bought a quality product with quality service but clearly that is not the case .

Customer service non-existent. Dishwasher and microwave not working properly and we have had them just over 3 years. The attitude of person who was arranging for engineer to call was you haven't got an extended warranty so either pay for call out or go away. Very professional

Purchased AEG gas hob from WADS Southampton on 24.4.19. Registered it with you for warranty. Plumber fitted and discovered 2 gas burners were emitting gas when switched off. Contacted WADS, still nothing . I have been without cooking facilities for over a week. I have recently spent £3000 on AEG 7units. Can someone please do something. This is less than 4 weeks old and i require an immediate replacement. Please contact me with some constructive arrangement. I have been in contact with Consumer Rights and this situation is nit acceptable.

Not happy purchased AEG double oven DCK731110M on 3/12/2018 delivered 6/12/2018 electronic board broke down on 7/03/2019 phoned age service on 8/3/2018 service rep arrived on 12/3/2018 rang today was told that they were waiting for 1 part already had 2 parts soI don't know what is needed for this 2 month old oven now I had a call after complaining that they will be here on Monday 25/3/2019 I feel very let down and disappointed

We are struggling to get support from AEG with regard to the installation of recently purchased 80 cm kitchen chimney hood. Please advise? When my husband called, there was no one available to advise. Beginning to regret the purchase of this hood.
