I only be subsequently canceling my CATV service for a few days, at best!
Because I am moving would really be for no other reason...
The cable service on Long Island s usually very good too excellent!
With no adverse effects or problems'!
Thank you for a quilty of service I wish most public and utilities ran as goos and as semi smooth as My Catv service!

What service and support!! Internet keeps going up , I paid 11 days ago, & they shut it off for nonpayment!! I'm so damn mad ! They never try to help you in any way!!! Sorriest costumer service I have ever dealt with!!!!

I have had internet service with Suddenlink for over 7 years, paying $100 per month. It has never been the best, but recently the service has been very weak or no service at all for my computer and phone. I even have a new computer. The modem has never been replaced.
I scheduled appointment for service recently, the service improved right before the service man was supposed to com e. I cancelled appointment because I heard I would be charged a lot if he came and the service was working
Can I get a new modem???I

For the second time in the past6 monthsI have received a Suddenlink bill saying I hadn't paid a bill and now owed for two months. Each time I had mailed the full payment on the first . The first time was last fall. That time I immediately called "customer service" and was told that no payment had been received and I should check with my bank; which I did. Since it hadn't come thru, my bank suggested that I could pay by phone, and they would stop the check if it came thru. I did that, calling customer service to pay it by phone (still before the due date) and if the check finally showed up, to disregard it. I was told that appropriate notes had been entered and it wouldn't be a problem. It was! I was charged with a returned check on a bill already paid by phone! After having to again deal with so called customer service, I thought things were settled. Today I again received a bill with two payments plus a late fee due on a bill that was mailed out 27 days ago. According to "customer service" it wasn't posted until the day before I received the bill (26 days) ! Somehow it was my fault and I was expected to still pay a late fee! I asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on a long hold, before the same girl came back on the line to inform me that I had had returned check in the past six months, so they would do nothing! That was their previous screw-up! I pay my bills in full and on time. In other places I've lived I've hadCox or Comcast and never had this problem!! I am looking into other cable companies to try to get away from Suddenlink. Unfortunately in small towns the choices are limited and I may be stuck with them, for now. Your customer service sounds like a call center in another country with people who's stock answer is"I'm not authorized to fix this"! When our local office was open, I didn't have an issue with billing. The actual service is frequently interrupted and the sound quality on several channels is bad. So, not only do we get marginal service, we get little to no actual customer service!

Suddenlink in Truckee, Ca. is the worse!! I called Wednesday and made an appt because our service had been out and they gave me an appt and sent me an email confrimation for Friday between 8am-11am, nobody showed up. So I called and the foreign call center told me I didn't have an appt. So she said she called dispatch and the tech will be there in 30 mins. 2 hrs. later nobody showed up so I called again and a different girl told me I didn't have an appt and she had no way to call dispatch. So I asked to talk to a supervisor and she said there isn't anybody I can talk to that someone would call me back, and that never happened either. you can't contact the local office because they have no phone number to call, or there service is out too. You can't reach anyone in America because every time you it goes to a foreign call center and there not very helpful. I don't know how a company with such bad customer service can stay in business. they only have 1.5 stars on Yelp. So my service is still out and its only been a week and half! This isn't the first time I've had problems with my service, this is just another time. The techs don't call, they show up late or in this case just never show up at all. I wish the city of Truckee, Ca. would let other service providers into the area so we could have good reliable service. If anybody knows the phone number to get in touch with the local office that would be great. I would have given them zero stars but that's not an option...

Hate is not a strong enough word for how I feel about this company. And Loathe doesn't quite cover it either. I spend a lot of time rebuilding computer and upgrading them, which I am better than average. But I have never had any company not only go thru my files, but then accuse me of illegal downloading. Stuff that is on one of my external hdd that is used to back up back ups. Since when did a internet provider become the internet Police and who authorized them??? Seems to be pretty illegal since even the police can't do it without a warrant. {And I am fairly sure this is how my systems have been corrupted}. Then your Gustapo regime decides to cut off my internet 3X's, at which point i was advised to take legal action. Another wasted gesture. Now it seems that not only have I some how gotten viruses that block and changed my internet properties and rendered two of my systems inoperable and since I cant get on the internet AVG can not look to help me the problem. I WANT MY TIME WARNER BACK...but no SuddenlyDisLinked has a monopoly in Georgetown Tx. And one can only assume that the FCC has been paid off like the rest of this cities government. But that's ok...seems I'm not the only one in this community that is fed-up with this so called service.

I have called 5-6 different numbers over past week and they ring, say options have changed and clicks off. Cannot reach a person nor get any info thru on line chat. Called 3-4 weeks ago to have a service disconnect because of moving. Was to be off 9-1-2019, service still connected. NOt happy! LInda

Try to get bill increase information. Could not understand the rep. On the other line. He refused to let me speak to supervisor, and became irritated that i asked for better help.

This company has a monopoly in the area I live. They feel that they can bill you for anything and you have to pay what they bill you for or they'll disconnect you. I upgraded my Internet to unlimited and the so called package I got by just upgrading to unlimited Internet caused me to be billed for an HD box which I'm suppose to receive for free for two years per their promotion. It took me 4 months to resolve this issue but I'm still paying more than what I was quoted. Their are no other companies that I can utilize for these services so I am stuck with a business that hires incompetent, ignorant unqualified idiots to run their company. There was only one individual that I talked to that had any intelligence or human life form within him. The FTC and BBB needs to investigate this company for fraudulent business practices. I'm sure I'll be talking to them in the near futurw

for "Called in that I had no phone or internet. They tried all reset options. Nothing worked. Said they would have to send out a technician. Gave me the whole spill about purchasing protection plan in case there was something wrong in my house. I refused it. Sent a technician but before he got to my house it came back on. Told technician I didn't need him now. He said that's ok, I'm in the area anyway so I'll look at it. I replied that I didn't want to be charged a service call and he said I wouldn't. Got my bill and guess what. Service call charge. I called Billing center and they said he hooked up a line. I responded he absolutely did not. They told me he wrote down he did and I would have to pay. I asked to speak to someone higher up. They said ok I'll transfer you. Put me on hold and then hung up. I called back 5 more times and they would not answer the phone. Finally I called and ask for technical department. They said oh no they unhooked a line and I would have to pay charges. Now if It was working and he unhooked anything important would I not loose service? That was just a total ripoff. Thanks Shelia" in "Buckhannon, WV"

The worst company I have ever dealt with. They lie through their teeth. Refuse to provide a service that you pay for and dick you over every change they get. They have refused to provide me servix I am paying for for the last six months.

This is the worse piece of service anyone can get for internet and TV. Go with someone else please. I am always out of internet and have been cancelled 3 times for having a technician come to look at my equipment. I have already arranged to go back to Directv with Hughesnet as my internet. If Hughesnet doesn't work then I am going to Trinity Communications. Suddenlink can kiss my butt and I am going to deduct all of the internet time I have been missing off of my bill when it is due. Get ready Suddenlink. Maybe now I will get to talk to the CEO about my darned problem with these dorks.

Signed up for a package that had a promotion for Netflix for one year included. When I contact customer service they say I have to upgrade my internet package but when I look up the information on their website the Netflix promotion is on ALL of their packages. MMMMmmmm. I am not paying more for something that should already be included in my package that I originally signed up for.

I have never been so frustrated at poor customer service. I called this morning to inquire why I am receiving a past due bill when I have automated payment, and it was stopped. I was told it was stopped in March and that it could only have been stopped by customer's authorization. It was not authorized, and on further inquiry, the date and time of said authorization was a time when my husband and I both were at work. Now, I have been trying to find a phone number for corporate offices to complain, and the online numbers are not correct. This is good business practice?

I woke up yesterday with no cable, internet nothing. I called Suddenlink and they said my auto payment on April 27, 2018 was returned therefore they disconnected my account. They never bothered to mail me a letter, email, text or a phone call. They just completely disconnected my account and sent me to collections. Mind you this was 5 days after this issue happened. They have been taking it our of our current checking accounting for 4 years with absolutely no problems before. When I called I asked the lady what was the last for digits of the checking account it came out of on April 2018. The number she gave me was not even close to the checking account they have been taken out. Found out that was an extremely old checking account from years ago that was closed when we moved. How they decided to charge that account is beyond me. She contacted the "collections" department and they told her "not their problem" and I had to pay now or not get my service back. So, she used the "correct" account from which they were taking out before and it went thru with flying colors and I got my account turned on again. No apology, no nothing. Needless to say, it screwed up our internet and I spent all day fixing it yesterday. Called the Corporate headquarters left a message to call me back twice because I wanted to know how and why this happened. Still have not heard back. Can't believe they can't even give me an apology for something I had nothing to do with. May have to investigate another cable company if I don't hear back soon.

Hi I have completed the form and submitted it to an attorney (who is also my brother In law), to start a class action lawsuit against Suddenlink. We've gone over some of their so called policies concerning fees and he said some are potentially out right fraud. This has affected a large number of customers including people who lost everything during the floods last year in Texas.

I have tried to contact the corporate office because on Tuesday your greed doubled it into my bank account and took a second payment I had lost a granddaughter on that Sunday my daughter was 7 months pregnant I needed to pay for the funeral and the director told me my payment was declined on Wednesday and now tonight I checked my bank account and because you took $156 out of it I am in the negative by $45 do you think there's anything else you could do to just cut my soul

Good Lord the call in number couldn't be worse or more frustration.... A real circle jerk! My reciever is failing (resets every 15-20 minutes) and it took me 46 minutes to get to a human being to tell me they charge $50 to "schedule" a technician.... HORRIBLE.

it would be so nice to talk to a person but that is out of the question with this company. you are asking for your customers to go with another company! that stupid recording that you think is so great is going to hurt your company in the long run. tell me, are you afraid to actually hear what people think? is that why you hide behind a drawn out recording that doesn't offer enough options and keeps repeating itself? i tried to find a phone number to a local store but every number i called took me back to that goofy recording! so keep up the way you do business, because direct tv is looking better all the time! mike rutherford

Did they change their hours are they not 24 hours anymore I have not been able to contact anyone.... In regards to them setting up my payment plan then still disconnected my service before the due date... Omg been on hold a hour

I had Suddenlink for four months and they're telling me my bill is $1200... have they lost their ever loving mind, from the day it was installed I called to complain the service tech left wires in my house exposed he threw the trash in my driveway he walked out on my porch three times and took three cigarette breaks, my service freezes and is slow... now it's telling me that the service department won't speak to me until I pay $1200. NOT!' The worst cable service I have ever experienced. Don't ever have this installed into your home
