Hello,
I purchased a meal from this restaurant on 8/1/2022.
The chicken was of poor quality and I believe that it was spicy instead of mild because it was tangy & darker then the original that I had received a the 5 times I visited Popeyes in July 2022. Up until this visit the quality was usually great.

My complain was originally with the chicken of which I returned for replacement. However now I also have a complaint with the manager whom was unprofessional in my opinion. When I explained my complaints he proceeded to break open the chicken I. Guess to convince me that I didn't have spicy chicken and if it wasn't then it was burned because the chicken was rather dark which is my original second complaint that the quality was terrible. After both our back and forth banter I ended up saying to him we will just have to agree to disagree.
He did replace the 7 pieces of chicken I brought back but with the wrong pieces. I wanted the extract pieces I brought back. I didn't notice until I had gotten home. In addition instead of him replacing all 5 of my biscuits and giving me a large fry like I had gotten with the meal he gave me a small fry.
Consequently, I like to be compensated for my time wasted return to the store with some Popeyes gift cards. Also I'd like it expressed to this manager that logic is important. And since I brought back the chicken obviously I wasn't happy with what I received. Therefore it was a waste of time my time for him to break apart the chicken I brought back to the restaurant at the counter and to debate with me.
