I purchased 3 pc. wing w/biscuit on 01/19/2024; the wings were tiny, hard and cold. The biscuit was cold, flat and dry. I paid $5.29 for this order. The location was Store 12524, 34275 Ford Rd., Westland, MI. I mispaced my receipt. On 01/29/2024, I attempted once again to place an order. I ordered a chicken breast w/biscuit. The breast was tiny, the biscuit was flat,cold and dry. I love Popeye's menu and never had an issue with food until now. I tried to go on the computer to enter the Popeye Survey. For some reason, the info I enter comes up as "error". I have tried several times to enter the info on my receipt and it does not work. I called the Popeyes' restaurant and spoke to the manager bit she could give me no information. I have enjoyed Popeye's menu for years and I hate to stop patronizing the restaurant. These two incidents were at the same restaurant.
