I order through your app on Sunday. I went to pick up my order and the restaurant said they didn't have it. So, here's the problem...the customer service I received was HORRIBLE! I was told that can't get a refund nor the food in a very rude manner after waiting more than 15 minutes. So, I had to pay for it twice. I left there paying for my food twice. I wasn't even offer a drink for my inconvenience. The second issue is customer service I received from your corporate, I was told rudely that it would take 7 days to receive my money. I spent almost $70 a damn 14 piece meal. I want my damn money!! It's been almost 3 weeks!
