I paid for a Extended Warranty on 5/10/13 and have not received any info back on Model#FAM18H52A, Serial#KK85178188.

I have a Frigidaire front loader washer which i purchased on Mother's day 2010. It is only 3 yrs old and for the thrid time has to be fixed for the same problem. I have been on the phone with them for over 30 minutes and no cares to help, bc i do not have a warranty on it anymore. Well there is a problem when within the first couple of months it had to be fixed then again for the same problem in November 2011, and now again in may of 2013. This is crazy, they need to stand by their products and they dont. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THE ONLY THING THEY ARE OFFERING ME IS 35% OFF PARTS. WHAT A FREAKING CROCK. WHEN IT SHOULD BE THERE PROBLEM! PLEASE DO NOT BUY A FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCT EVER, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

I am another of the many unhappy customers of your products. Looks like you are working hard to discredit your company, why is a mystery? thru my 80 years of life have had family, friends and business associates that owned your products which were made to last, no more. I thought if it was made in the USA it would be good.Such a disappointment. My refrigerator has a malfunction in that it was either damaged in shipment or not assembled correctly, making it impossible to use with an ice maker also your product. The representative at your customer service has tunnel vision and no knowledge of this product, does not want to stand behind the warranty and offers no solution. POOR REPRESENTATION OF YOUR COMPANY. I will continue to pursue restitution. I hope other dissatisfied customers continue to spread the word of their problems with Frigidaire products

Frigidaire is a massive joke. Stay away from all their appliances. I bought front load washer and dryer. A week out of warranty the dryer said food open all the time and would not run. I ordered a new control board and was sent the wrong part. They refused to replace for the correct part. And told me they don't care about their customers. They also told me they don't care if I never buy another ofvthier appliances again.

I hate my frigidaire front load washer. I have had nothing but problems. It has shredded about 600$ in comforters and clothes, and I have spent weeks in laundry mats, while waiting for parts and repair. Only to do it all over again a few months later. I also have a frigidaire fridge, it has run fine so far, but the shelves won't stay in the runners and the ice falls all over the freezer. I will never by another one of there products. They are very unreliable and poorly made! I was able to talk with them without out to much trouble, but was a total waist of time. Sorry to hear that, is the most I got

We have a Frigidaire fridge freezer that wasn't working properly. It took ages to get through to the customer services to arrange repair. We ended up haveing 3 different engineer's who I will say were as much use as a chocolate fireguard. After being told it needed a new thermostat which I think was comeing from space as it took about a month & 6 phone calls later for it to arrive & be fitted. It still wasn't working after 1 day of the thermostat being fitted so phoned them again they then sent another engineer who said it couldn't be repaired. That was about a week ago we have had to phone customer services every day to find out what is going on & each time we get a different excuse they say they will phone you back which they never do they seem to like passing the blame as well they blame it on the engineers or not recieving emails which is absoloute rubbish. We have now bought another fridige from a different company as we can no longer use our Frigidaire & are in the process of getting our money back. We will never buy a Frigidaire product again.

We will never again purchase a Frigidaire product after dealing with customer service, we were never allowed to speak with "management" regarding our leaking dishwasher. There was "no" satisfaction with this issue, those we spoke to were like "The Stepford Wives" .. programmed. First leak appeared two weeks after installation, followed over time 3 more attempts to fix, last being after warranty ran out (we did not purchase extended warranty) .. it still leaks and they only offered with restrictions 50% off purchase of new appliance within 1 week ... while under the 1 year warranty it could never be resolved. We will not be accepting their 50% off offer, rather purchase another brand. The rules they establish to customers is for "their" benefit. Horrible experience!

We purchased a stainless steel refrigerator from LOEW's 6 months ago and after being told that we had to had the appliance company they warranty with come out and look at it and the guy had no idea how the fridge caught fire and when he came back later in the day the frigidaire company told him to have us plug it in. You honestly think we would keep the fridge plugged in after the fire. We had a dryer technician at our home last week and he looked at the refrigerator and he also said you were smart to not plug it in. You could've come home and had no house. Than LOEWS had the LOEWS advantage technician come out and the woman had to be atleast 70 years old and so rude and not helpful. We have now had to purchase a brand new refrigerator plus finish paying for the 6 month old one. The only bright side to this mess is that the manager at LOEWS was kind enough to loan us a fridge since it has been almost a month with no refrigerator. I wish frigidaire would be more helpful with warranties and which company they suggest we get to come out and look at the issues on the appliances. We don't have money to afford a new fridge but have no choice. Frigidaire should replace the fridge with no cost instead of losing a customer.

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator on 7/11/11. In that time we have had to replace the handle 4 times. Today it has broken off AGAIN for the 4th time. I can not imagine that you have not gotten complaints about this poor quality. We are senior citizens with no children in the home and are not negligent in its use. I even reinforced it with super glue last time, thinking it would last longer. It has not. To keep replacing this involves a $35 charge, this is ridiculous. Isn't there another handle that isn't plastic junk that will last? I would appreciate some input to this problem.
