We have been with out a fridge for over a month... brand new as of October when we purchased it. Covered under warranty, and the part needed to fix it is back ordered. I call every week to see what can be done.
Every week someone tells me something different, long story short, I'm 9 months pregnant with a fridge covered under warranty that no one cares to replace or fix. I will never ever purchase this brand or a warranty through them again. It will be every bit of 2 months or more I'm sure by the time they replace it, if they do. I've asked over and over for someone to call me, email me something. Nope, I just call back every week to be told that notes from the last dream someone sold me on the phone aren't in there and the part is still back ordered.
