My $280 dehumidifier broke less than 2 years after purchase. Customer service chat was 100% unhelpful and closed the chat prematurely. You claim to have email support, yet do not have a link.

worst company!!! our dehumidifier started showing an FO code. did all trouble shooting suggestions and then some. contacted the frigidaire and because we received it as a housewarming gift with no receipt they will not honor the warranty. they offered a 50.00 gift/debit card instead....a new costs 300.00...and when i said that we will be using the debit card to put towards a non frigidaire replacement the chat person ended the chat with out response!!!

Frigidaire is no longer a reliable brand. I purchased a refrigerator less than one year ago from Edward's Appliance store. The refrigerator is faulty. The manufacturer's warranty and the store that sold the product have produced an extremely dissatisfied customer. The compressor on the refrigerator stopped working. The part has been on back order for a month. Company representatives simply reiterate call after call. I asked to speak with someone with more authority and I've been told I will be contacted within 24 hours but I get no response. When I inquired about a replacement through the manufacturer, I was ignored. When I inquired about a replacement from Edward's Appliance, I was told the refrigerator is in stock and I can PURCHASE another one. I am completely disgusted by the customer service at Frigidaire and Edward's Appliance and would not recommend either.

We have been with out a fridge for over a month... brand new as of October when we purchased it. Covered under warranty, and the part needed to fix it is back ordered. I call every week to see what can be done.
Every week someone tells me something different, long story short, I'm 9 months pregnant with a fridge covered under warranty that no one cares to replace or fix. I will never ever purchase this brand or a warranty through them again. It will be every bit of 2 months or more I'm sure by the time they replace it, if they do. I've asked over and over for someone to call me, email me something. Nope, I just call back every week to be told that notes from the last dream someone sold me on the phone aren't in there and the part is still back ordered.

We purchased a air fry oven model FGGH3047UFA a year ago oven was replaced in June 2020 new oven broke thanksgiving day 2020 and again Easter 2021 this oven is trash and should be removed from sales very dissatisfied

My Frigidaire refrigerator has a large rust area on the back, upper right. It is aligned with the ice maker. There is also a block of ice forming in the same area, which drips on the floor as it melts. Others have had the same complaint over the past several years. In all other regards the $2000+ machine works fine. I am out of warranty; but, need it fixed. The local authorized (and, recommended) appliance repair service suggested I just buy a new refrigerator, as they have not been given a repair solution by Frigidaire that is anything other than a temporary fix; and, I would be wasting several hundred dollars.

Have Frigidaire Pro french door refrigerator Model FPBS2777RF that has same problem as a number of units. Ice ball can form on rear of frig, affect ice maker function, water not cold from tap on door. Attempted to repair defective light and broken drawer rollers. Frigidaire technicians told repair service a recall existed and cannot authorize repair. Customer service denies recall and offered a 30% rebate you need to jump through hoops to obtain for a limited time only. Got shafted by Frigidaire and have to replace a 1 1/2 year old unit on my own. Really disqusted!

I have a Frigidaire refrigerator Model (FFHB2740PE4) 5 years old. I just it out from the wall and noticed a large rust spot an ice 4in x 2in on the outside in the middle of the 10 in rust spot. I looked on the internet and saw about 50 different pictures of the same problem that I have.This has to be a manufacturing defect. I have never seen ice form on the outside of a refrigerator. Frigidaire needs to do something to remedy this problem!!!!!!

Don't Buy A Frigidare Dish Washer. Bought Brand New - Leaks When Run. Purchased 3 Weeks Ago And Still Awaiting Parts. Customer Service Is Rude And You Are On Hold For Over 1/2 Hour Before Getting A Live (rude) Person.

We paid for gas stove at home Depot and we keep getting the run around on delivery too the store in Amarillo texas we are several hours away. We need a discount on this run around. We paid good money for a new refrigerator and two stoves. Please get too the bottom of the issue. The store on soncy street in Amarillo texas

We got a higher-end dishwasher a year and a half ago and it lasted 6 months, at most. I didn't get the warranty because I figured a brand new expensive product would last. Definitely won't be buying anymore Frigidaire products.

Frigidaire will not replace my 77 yr old Mom's AC unit which is 2 yrs old. Spoke with CS rep, were told we could rid of it, and a new one wld be shipped with a letter 2 follow. Never received letter or AC. Clld CS, they told me 2 send in pic of cut cord, but AC unit was already gone. I was basically told, "to bad, so sad", nothing can be done. That is absurd.Mom paid 4 an AC & Frigidaire owes her one. I will not let this rest until one is received.

We have issues with our knobs turning to easily, j have gotten up multiple times cause of the smell of propane. It gets bumped by me and or my dogs. Do you have any tips on how to stop it from happening?

Stay away from Fridigaire, the racks in my freezer are pulling apart from the wall, I have contact this company multiple time to ha e the issue repaired, several technician have come out and yet, the problem still persist. I have spoken to corporate managers and all they offer is to continue to send repair men out the fix and I fixable issue. The repairmen that have come out, have been dishonest and not well trained.
Dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare ... do yourself a favor and stay clear of Frigidaire appliances.

$1000 dpller Frigidaire refrigerator less than 1 yr old as quit 3 times, the 1st time was frig less than 3 months, took 3 1/2 weeks to get a repair person to come fix , and he said he just guessing it was the circuit board which he replaced, less than 2 months frigerator quit working again, took 4 1/2 weeks to get repairman, then he changed the evaporated fan, again just guessing at problem, this time it as been 7 week an 3 days, we was told by Electrolux repairman would be here Sept 5th, date came an no one showed up, called an was given today date Sept 13th at noon Ohio Furnace called said they be here between 4 to 6 , no one showed up, called at 6 pm an Imagine they close at 5pm , we have lost food , time, an Medicines husband diabectic insulin as to be frigerated so 3 times 150.00 for loss food 450.00 plus 200 per insulin times 4 =800 total loss 1,250.00 plus time wasted on repairman that never shows up , an then no one will return Phone calls. Guess I am not a frigidaire customer any more an I can assure everyone , I will tell everyone from Tv to News paper an social media, I have documentation when bought an videos of everytime it as quit an recorded conversation with repair people , Frigidaire does not honor there warrenty, nor do they care about customers, Do Not Buy Frigidaire. I have been trying to reach a person about my refrigerator. My landlord purchased it at Lowe's this past August. The freezer door is coming apart. Lowe's said it's not a normal problem and I need to reach the Corp. Office. It does not seal, it Frost's up, and runs hot.what am I suppose to do?

I have a problem with your AC control pannels. I assume they are made out of country as the computer controls for Jeep . Jeep had constant failures on these modules. And it would seem that Fridgedaire also has problem with the control pannel on their window Ac s I have found 10 people locally in covington 5,000 pop. who have had to repeatedly replace these electronic controls.My background is in quality control but now I am a manager on Linked-in . I have had to replace my electronic board twice in two yeaqrs and others are having similar short lifes for this part. It costs about 90.00 a pop. Our Frigidaire model #FGHS2631PF4A, is the worst refrigerator we have ever owned! We have owned it less than a year and have had constant problems with the ice dispenser. We already have had a service call and replaced the ice storage bin.
You obviously have very poor quality control!

BUYER BEWARE FRIGIDAIRE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS: In May 2014 I purchases a Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator Model FGHC2331PH. In December 2017 I noticed rust on the back of the unit near the ice maker. When researched on line I found Frigidaire has known about this problem since 2015. The unit does not have sufficient insulation. There is a repair kit available however it can only be purchased and installed by a Frigidaire authorized repair person. I contacted Frigidaire customer service and exchanged e mails with Elizabeth G. Initially she requested pictures and additional information. She led me to believe Frigidaire would take care of the problem and I needed to provide dates I would be available so a technician could diagnose and repair the appliance. She later rescinded her offer and indicated my appliance is out if warranty and Frigidaire will not take care of this known problem. Frigidaire being aware of this problem should take care of it no questions asked. Bottom line do not purchase any Frigidaire appliances as they do not stand behind their products even when they know there is a problem.

I have a model PLEB27T9FCC Frigidaire double oven. The upper oven is overheating. I have replaced the temperature probe and it still has the same problem. The lower oven is fine. I've replaced the control(display board. Now, when I set the temp at 350, the digital display shows 288 and the temp rises to over 475.
Can you please tell me what would still be causing the issue and what is still causing it and what do I do next.

The window AC units (28000btu )are a problem. , I install those as part of my job, and every other one I buy is broken. Not kidding , 1/2 are broke. So you guys at fridgidaur quality control need to address this problem. Ive also had issues with the 25000 btu as well, but the 28000 btu model is a dice roll. Not easy putting them in them in and taking them out and returning to Walmart either. The people in 100 degree heat aren't happy about it either.
