Frigidaire is no longer a reliable brand. I purchased a refrigerator less than one year ago from Edward's Appliance store. The refrigerator is faulty. The manufacturer's warranty and the store that sold the product have produced an extremely dissatisfied customer. The compressor on the refrigerator stopped working. The part has been on back order for a month. Company representatives simply reiterate call after call. I asked to speak with someone with more authority and I've been told I will be contacted within 24 hours but I get no response. When I inquired about a replacement through the manufacturer, I was ignored. When I inquired about a replacement from Edward's Appliance, I was told the refrigerator is in stock and I can PURCHASE another one. I am completely disgusted by the customer service at Frigidaire and Edward's Appliance and would not recommend either.
