Time Warner Cable customer service is a misnomer -- no service. I have a problem with my TV and three calls to customer service got no help whatsoever. Then I worked on their 'chat' line and was disconnected both times as the service man was about to get to the problem. I got fed up with this bunch and wrote two letters to the CEO, telling him he needs to get someone with some brains to call me. I got no response either time, so I guess this means he doesn't have anyone with brains in his organization. I can't believe that a national corporation is staffed with doofeses from the top.

The service is bad. I paid my bill $154.00 5/28/13 and they wait until this evening to cut off my service for non-payment. I have the cancelled check to prove it. No one is there to talk with except a general receptionist who states I have two accounts
one of which I know nothing about. Why is this? I have been a customer of TWC for years and recently changed my service. Could it be that I was given a new account
and never sent the final bill for the new account? I don't know but it's a drag being
without TV this evening.

This company is absurd. I was moving and called to close my account since may 24th, she said someone will come on the 28th to disconnect the service outside, I returned the equipment at may 30th. Finish, right? WRONG. Then on June 10, i saw them charging my card for the next month. I called them, only to be received by someone called Amanda, she said something about their technician hasn't send anyone to my old address to disconnect the service, and they can only reverse the charges after they arranged to do that, on June 20th. Seriously? In other words, as long as they don't arrange for their technician to come to the old address, they are going to keep on charging me. Why should i pay for their mistakes? Then this Amanda transferred me to this retention service and no one picked up for 20 minutes. Then i hung up and called again, this time it was Jared who transferred me to retention service, no one picked up for 40 minutes. WOW. Until the end even the music ran out and no sound left, then it just hung up! Is this retention service managed by ghosts???

After trying to reach Time Warner Cable Customer Service for the last hour, I called this other phone number, and finally got a live agent. She solved my billing problem in about 5 minutes.

it took me two days and one trip to time warner cable, here in el paso texas, I called the 1800 yesterday and they put me on hold for 30 min, I called again they put me on hold 25min, so I decided to go to the office , whish it was a mistake the customer service in the office her name Richard was very rude and told me we do not offer packages we only take payment so you have to call the 1800 again, and she said next in line, I left, I came home I called again and a very nice guy his name is june, help me and he went extra mile ,please, give customer training to all employee, because timewarner cable is not inexpensive, we paid for our service,it is not free,

lost 6/4/13 10:15AM

The weather channel, when viewed in hi-def. is stuck in the Elmira area when it should be Binghamton. Numerous conversations with TWC leaves the situation UNRESOLVED.

Time Warner is out of touch with reality in regard to billing rates. It is upsetting that we are forced to buy product that we don't even use i.e. 70% of all the T.V. channels. We had everything bundeled, t.v., internet, landline hone. The landline phone is a basic waste to us but we like to have it as backup. My rate recently went from $25 a month which was kind of reasonable to $40 a month which is not much cheaper than our local phone service. I switched to ATT for $20 a month. Rather than stayiong competitive it seems Time Warner would just as soon lose cusotmers....a stranvge way to do business.

Your company is a joke your service is horrible and your customer service is just as bad I've waited THREE days for you people and now I'm being told I have to wait TWO more for something you did TWC should be ashamed for what they do just because you have a monopoly over this area you think you can treat people the way you do wishing I had direct tv right now TWC you horrible hope you look at all these complaints on here and make some changes in the post I've direction to keep your customers because I'm sure another company will come along and people will drop this company like a bad habit!!!!

Sincerely the one who pays her bill every month with terrible service and all

rikkishea 5/30/13 10:34AM

I had to call 3 times because of the phone and internet going out. they came out and fixed it but now the phone still does not work. I need a new cable provider.

My experience is with the billing department for TWC. Unfortunaterly a payment for $227.49 was returned to them on 8/23/2014. I immediately calledthem to tell them that the money was not taken from my account only to find that I was .49 short. I gave them my debit number for $226.79 and was assured that everything was ok.
While watching TV my service was interrupted telling me to call the customer service number.
There seems to be a hugh communication gap within the billing departments of the cable company. It seems that one department tells you everything is ok and another department is telling you more money is needed to keep your service on.
I have always been a temendous supporter of time warner and have paid them monthly. I am not going to say that I have not been behind, but they have always worked with me to catch up. Lately it seems that they don't have to care how the customer feels. If there was another cable company that I could go to, I would change service even after being with them for over 20 years. I recommended them to my children and my grandchildren and friends. It seems that loyalty to customers are a thing of the pass.
I was not given the presidents number or an email address to bring this injustice to his attention.
Even though my service was not to be interrupted, I will probably be charged the $25.00 for the interruption. It is a shame that customers have to be billed on top of the already high price that we pay for service.
Highly disappointed
